This lovely sea view holiday property has recently been renovated throughout and offers stylish accommodation with superb sea views all stones throw from the beach at Borth.

Borth beach is on the Cardigan Bay coast between the Dyfi estuary and the town of Aberystwyth and stretches almost three miles to Ynyslas; it is excellent for swimming and surfing. The town has several cafes, pubs and small shops.

Just in front of the cottage beyond the sea wall is the Petrified Forest, a landmark of Borth and visible at low tide.

Dolphins are regularly spotted in the bay.

Train station 200 yards.

Holiday Accommodation

Entrance is into a reception room with stone feature fireplace and is perfect for children to play in and dogs to lie in, it is furnished with a couple of wicker chairs and a chest.

The KITCHEN / DINING ROOM has fitted units, electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven.

The dining area has a circular dining table and 5 chairs.

A door leads from the kitchen to the patio and garden.

The UTILITY ROOM has a washing machine and tumble dryer .

There is also access to the INTEGRAL GARAGE with storage space for surf boards etc.

There is a DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM with zip'n'link 2'6 beds to make a 5' king this room will be made up as singles unless specified otherwise.

There is an en-suite SHOWER ROOM with shower, WC and hand basin.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of Bath with shower over and hand basin.

There is an adjacent CLOAKROOM with a WC.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and the sitting room.

BEDROOM 2 has a sea view and a 5' king size bed (which could be split to 2 x 2'6" singles on request) bedside tables with lamps, built in wardrobe and corner dressing table.

BEDROOM 3 has a 3' single bed, bedside chest of drawers with lamp and wardrobe.

The SITTING ROOM has glorious sea views over the sea wall, a stone feature fireplace and is stylishly furnished with comfortable sofa, easy chairs, glass coffee table, occasional furniture, TV and DVD player.

Garden and Parking

There is a small walled forecourt at the front of the property and a large patio and enclosed/gated level garden to the rear.

Garden furniture is provided.

Roadside parking for 1 in the garage and plenty of roadside parking available.

Other Information

There are modern electric panel heaters throughout.

Heating is by electric radiators and is included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £35 per week from October to April inclusive, this is payable when booking.

A travel cot, strap on baby chair and stairgate can be supplied on request.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept downstairs (not the bedroom).

All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest.
