There is a downstairs SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
The READING ROOM has a woodburning stove and double doors which in the summer months can be thrown open to let the outside in. The room is furnished with a comfortbale leather sofa, 2 wicker chairs, glass coffee table, occasional furniture, TV, DVD and music system.
The dining area & snug are separated by a stable stall and have a stable door and exposed beams.

There is a large open garden which consists of lawns; decked areas and children's play area with wooden swing and slide (used at your own risk).

There are 7.5 acres in total, most of which is sand school and paddocks for the owner's horses.
All the ground floor rooms have stone flagstone floors with underfloor heating, the upstairs rooms have oak floors and radiators.
All fuel is included from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £40 per week at all other times, payable when booking. One basket of logs is supplied for the wood-burner - more available from local shops.
A travel cot and highchair are available.
Beds will be made up with fresh linen.
Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest (when only two guests, these are complimentary).
SatelliteWiFi - ideal for checking mail but not good for streaming.
2 well behaved pets welcome but must be kept under control as there are animals grazing.
