It is conveniently located for the restaurants, shops and supermarkets and provides a superb base for visiting all of Pembrokeshire, walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal path (which passes through the town), and enjoying the numerous attractions and activities of the area. The coastal cruiser walkers' bus service passes nearby and there is a train station with trains to Tenby, Swansea and beyond.
Steps lead down from the parking area to the rear of the property where you will find the apartment.
Entrance is into the KITCHEN which has a range of Shaker style fitted units, gas cooker, microwave, washing machine and a 50/50 fridge freezer.
There is a small dining table with 4 chairs.
The SITTING ROOM has an electric stove effect fire and patio doors leading to the garden.
It is furnished with a 3 seater leather reclining sofa and a reclining arm chair, 42 inch TV, DVD player, music system with iPod dock and occasional furniture.
There are two bedrooms.
BEDROOM 1 has a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a mirror.
BEDROOM 2 has a single bed (with a pull out 'truckle bed' under for occasional use), bedside table, chest of drawers and pegs to hang clothes.
The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of bath with electric shower over, WC and hand basin.
There is a very large lawn to the rear which is gated and completely enclosed by a 6' fence.
Garden furniture is provided and there are views over the nearby nature reserve.
This is a very pet friendly property and the owner runs her own on-site (but out of your sight) pet grooming business.
Small pets are welcome and the owner has her own small dogs and can offer a daytime dog sitting service.
There is off road parking for one car and more available on the roadside.
There is central heating throughout the property - the owner provides a complimentary £20 fuel card which should be ample. Once that is used up you can top the card up locally.
No baby equipment available and the property is not suitable for toddlers and anybody who may find the steps awkward.
All the beds will be made up with fresh linen and towels are included in the rental.
