This large detached holiday house has an acre of grounds and is set just outside the village of Cosheston near Pembroke and Pembroke Dock.

The village pub is a healthy half mile walk away and serves great pub food.

Pembroke is less than 2 miles and offers a larger selection of shops, eateries and pubs as well as the magnificent Pembroke Castle.

Pembroke Dock is a bit closer and offers a good range of shops as well as a ferry sailing to Ireland which makes an excellent day trip!

Some of the best beaches in Wales are within a 20 minute drive - Tenby, Saundersfoot, Amroth, Freshwater East & West and Barafundle Bay.

There are plenty of places to visit including Narberth, Carew castle, Oakwood theme park, Anna's Zoo, Folly Farm, the bird islands of Skomer & Skokholm and Bosherston Lily Ponds.

Holiday Accommodation

Entrance is into the PORCH with space for coats, boots and beach equipment.

Through to the KITCHEN which has a range of fitted units, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The DINING ROOM has a table and 6 chairs, small dresser and sofa.

The large SITTING ROOM is double aspect and has a cream gas "log burner" fire, exposed stone wall, 2 comfortable sofas, TV, DVD player and occasional furniture.

There is a second sitting area which overlooks the garden and is furnished with a smaller sofa and bookshelves.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms.

BEDROOM 1 has a king size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The EN-SUITE has a large shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

BEDROOM 2 has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

BEDROOM 3 has twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of bath, WC, bidet and hand basin.

Garden and Parking

The very large and private garden has mature apple trees, hedgerow boundaries and a wooden fence.

It is laid to lawn and provides plenty of space for energetic children to run around in or for quiet picnics.

There is garden furniture for al-fresco dining and a garden shed.

There is parking for 4 cars on the gated drive.

Other Information

There is full gas central heating throughout the property.

This is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £35 per week at all other times (payable when booking please).

A cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request.

All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
