This very comfortable dog friendly cottage is situated in the small coastal village of Penycwm just a mile from Newgale and 3 from Solva.

The Pembrokeshire coastal path is just a 3 minute walk away and the magnificent beach at Newgale which is perfect for the whole family offers a pebble banked beach with almost 2 miles of sand, perfect for long walks, swimming and surfing.

Within 20 minutes' drive are St Davids, Broad Haven and Little Haven. Ramsey & Skomer Islands are well worth visiting and boat trips can be booked in St Davids and in Martins Haven.

The coastal bus passes the end of the road as does the service bus.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor: All rooms benefit from laminate wood flooring, with scatter rugs to keep your feet cosy.

The SITTING ROOM has 2 comfy leather sofas seating up to five, beanbag, flat screen TV with Sky, DVD and Wi-Fi.

There is a QUIET ROOM, for those who would like a bit of 'me time', complete with a CD player, selection of games, books, toys, DVD,s children's books, doggie toys and treats.

The KITCHEN/DINER is open plan, and well equipped with a fridge freezer, electric cooker and hob, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and microwave. French doors lead to the garden and patio area.

BEDROOM 1 is on the ground floor and has a comfortable single bed with bedside cabinet, dressing table and wardrobe. There is an EN-SUITE shower room with shower cubicle (power shower), WC, hand basin and non-slip floor.

Stairs lead from the sitting room to the first floor.

BEDROOM 2 has a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table, wardrobe and a large storage cupboard.

BEDROOM 3 has twin beds with bedside cabinets, dressing table and a wardrobe.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a bath with power shower over, WC and hand basin.

Garden & Parking

The cottage has a rear enclosed garden with a small patio leading onto grass.

There are countryside views and occasional visits from curious cows peeping over the fence panels.

There is decking, a picnic bench, and space for a disposable BBQ.

There is a small garden at the front of the property, with a drive and parking space for 2 cars. Access to the front door is via a short, slightly sloped pathway.

Other information

There is oil central heating throughout - this and electricity are included in the rental.

Baby equipment including travel cot, baby gate, high chair and a baby monitor are available.

All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival and towels are included in the rental.

The property is WiFi enabled.

No smoking.

This cottage is very dog friendly, although the owners request that dogs not be allowed on the beds. The garden has wooden fence panels making it secure for most dogs, but to make the most of the countryside views at the rear, the fence is a maximum of 3ft in height. Please clean up after your dog/s.

Up to two dogs are welcome and a complimentary welcome hamper is provided, which includes doggie biscuits for the 4 legged friends, a bottle of wine and old fashioned chocolates, fudge and sweets for the guests. In addition, kilner jars with a small supply of coffee, tea, herbal tea, hot chocolate, sugar, condiments, washing powder, and dish washer tablets are provided, together with travel size toiletries in the bathroom.

Out of season discounts

This property offers an out of season small party discount of 20% off the marked price for breaks taken between November and March. Excluding school holidays.
