Entrance is into the hallway and upstairs to the spacious and tastefully decorated OPEN PLAN DINING AND SITTING room with ornamental fireplace original sash windows offering outstanding views over the rooftops of the ever-changing river Teifi and French doors to the decking.
The sitting area is furnished with 2 grey Laura Ashley sofas, traditional Welsh throws, cushions, occasional furniture and a TV with Freeview, DVD player and DVD's.
The dining area has a large dining table comfortably seating 6 people.
The kitchen is approached via a step down and has fitted units, electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms, all have welsh blanket throws, cushions and rugs.
The MASTER BEDROOM has an oak double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and ottoman.
Bedroom 2 enjoys patio views and is furnished with a single bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and Lloyd Loom chair.
Bedroom 3 also has a single bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe.
The family BATHROOM has a white suite with a bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and hand basin with shaver light over.
The rear hallway has space for coats, walking boots and a dog bed.
There is an attractive terraced, paved patio to the fore with a bench and deckchairs to enjoy the views. On the lower terrace is an astro turf "lawn" area and railings.
To the rear of the property through French doors off the open plan living space is a sun trap railed deck with table and chairs for al-fresco dining or a glass of something lovely after a pleasant day out.
There is one reserved parking space; more spaces are available on the roadside in the village.
There is oil fired central throughout. This is included in the rental.
The beds will be made up with fresh linen and towels are supplied for your stay.
Please bring your own beach towels if you intend going for a dip!
Baby equipment includes travel cot, highchair and stair gate.
One well behaved pet is welcome.
