The 5 acre grounds include areas of woodland, a stream and pond, lawn areas and an abundance of well-established shrubs and borders.
A garden table and chairs is provided and there are numerous other seating areas around the garden where one can just sit and enjoy this lovely spot.
All the beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest.
No baby equipment available; the property is not ideal for young children due to the external staircase, pond and extensive grounds.
1 well behaved dog is welcome as long as it can be friendly with the owners own dogs.
No smoking in the property.
There is oil fired heating. Heating and electricity are included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £20 per week at all other times, please pay the owner while at the property.
WiFi- the owners have Wifi which can be accessed from certain rooms in the apartment.
