Newport Beach is a lovely stretch of silver sand with cliffs, caves and rock pools and perfect for walking, building sandcastles, sailing, windsurfing and swimming.
Entrance is into the hallway and through to the KITCHEN/DINING ROOM.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has a range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and ample workspace.
The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs.
A couple of steps lead to the SUN ROOM with a rattan sofa and chairs and doors leading to the garden.
The TV LOUNGE has a gas woodburner effect stove, comfy sofa, 2 armchairs, TV and DVD player.
The second SITTING ROOM has a real woodburning stove, sofa, 2 armchairs, bookcases and a good selection of board games and children's toys.
There is a downstairs SHOWER ROOM with a shower cubicle, WC and deep butlers sink. The boiler is also in this room.
There is an outside tap, perfect for rinsing muddy dogs, sandy bathers and wellie boots.
There is a rear hallway with space for boots and coats and a door leading to the garden.
Stairs lead to the landing and 4 bedrooms.
BEDROOMS 1 AND 2 have king size beds, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobes and chests of drawers.
BEDROOMS 3 AND 4 each have a single bed, bedside table with lamp, chest and wardrobe.
The FAMILY BATHROOM has a freestanding bath, large shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
To the rear of the house is a fully enclosed garden with sun trap patio and lawn.
A garden table and chairs are provided.
A wooden gate leads to the off road parking area which also has gates to the road.
Off road gated parking for 3 small or 2 larger cars.
There is gas central heating throughout, this is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £40 per week between October and April and payable at time of booking.
A travel cot, 2 highchairs and stairgate are available on request.
A bath and hand towel may be hired at £5 per guest. Not for beach use.
Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome but strictly not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings.
This property does not accept short breaks.
