Set back from the Fishguard to Haverfordwest road just a half a mile from the village of Letterston, this recently renovated apartment offers a great central location to explore North Pembrokeshire.

Letterston has a village store, pub and an excellent award winning fish and chip shop.

St Davids and Haverfordwest are within a 30 minute drive as are many villages, coves and beaches along the coastline.

The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the Preseli hills are great for walkers.

The owners, who live next door and also run a camp site on their land, will welcome you warmly.

Holiday Accommodation

Entrance is into the OPEN PLAN KITCHEN, SITTING AND DINING ROOM.

There is a fitted KITCHEN AREA with white gloss units, electric oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge with small freezer compartment and a washing machine.

The DINING AREA has a dining table and 4 chairs.

There is a comfortable 3 seater sofa and a leather swivel armchair in the SITTING AREA with a TV, DVD player and nest of tables.

A spacious hallway leads to 2 bedrooms.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and ample space for a cot if required.

BEDROOM 2 has a single bed, bedside table and wardrobe.

There is ample space in the hallway for the foldaway bed to be used occasionally.

The BATHROOM has a suite of bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Garden and parking

Outside the apartment is a private gated parking area, patio and a small sheltered and enclosed lawned area with countryside views.

A picnic bench and barbecue are provided.

Other information

There is electric heating throughout the apartment.

Electricity is included from May to September and charged for by meter reading (smart meter) at all other times.

A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

The beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival and towels are provided.

Wi-fi enabled.

One well behaved pet is welcome.
