This comfortable and welcoming courtyard holiday home is situated on a quiet lane on the edge of the village, within walking distance of the many attractions of Solva, a picturesque coastal village and harbour within the Pembrokeshire National Park.
This ideally placed accommodation is a great starting point for walks along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the coastal bus stops nearby. Close-by is the Village of Newgale (famous for its huge sandy beach), the City of St Davids and the Islands of Skomer and Ramsey.
There are several welcoming pubs and restaurants in Solva which provide meals including locally caught seafood.
Entrance is into the open plan KITCHEN and DINING ROOM which is light and airy with a range of fitted kitchen units, dining table and chairs and equipment including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, conventional double oven and a hob.
Three steps lead down to a comfortable SITTING ROOM with flame effect fire, sofa and 2 armchairs and an HD/Smart TV with DVD player.
There is a downstairs SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
A door leads to the paved patio area.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms:
BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, bedside chests, wardrobe and chair.
BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, bedside chest, wardrobe and chair.
The beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
The family BATHROOM comprises a suite of bath, WC and wash hand basin and there is also an airing cupboard.
There is a patio to the rear with garden furniture for enjoying al-fresco meals or a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the rooftops and sea.
There is parking for 2 cars beside the house away from the lane.
Heating is by panel radiators and night storage heaters. Hot water by immersion heater.
Fuel costs are included in the rental.
No baby equipment is provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
Towels available on request - £5 per guest.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs allowed but must strictly be kept downstairs.
