This lovely spacious detached holiday house offers extremely comfortable accommodation just 14 minutes' walk from the beach.

Aberporth has two blue flag beaches - usually one is always sheltered.

There is plenty to see and do in the area which is ideal for walking, golf, watersports and most outdoor activities. There is a pub, restaurant, takeaway, steakhouse, laundry and general store in the village.

There is a lovely walk from Aberporth to Tresaith beach along the coastal path with a pub at the end for refreshment! The towns of Cardigan, Newcastle Emlyn, New Quay, Aberaeron, Llangrannog and Newport are all well worth a visit, each has its own appeal. Cardigan Bay is famous for its resident dolphins.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground floor

Entrance is into the BOOT ROOM with central heating boiler, with ample space for storing and drying walking boots, wet suits etc.

There is a newly fitted SHOWER ROOM with curved shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Two steps lead into the KITCHEN/DINING ROOM which has a New England look and is fitted with a range of white kitchen cupboards, large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob and microwave.

There is the added bonus of a walk in PANTRY with slate shelves, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The DINING AREA has a table with 6 chairs.

Two steps lead to the TWO COSY SITTING ROOMS, each of which has a large sofa, an armchair, occasional tables and lamps. Both sitting rooms have a TV, one with DVD player. Books and games are also provided.

First floor

The staircase splits half way up and the front stairs lead to a small landing with armchair. A door each side of the landing takes you to bedrooms 1 and 2.

BEDROOM 1 which is furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables, a chest, mirror and clothes hanging space behind the door.

BEDROOM 2 has a double bed, bedside tables, chest, mirror and space for clothes hanging.

BEDROOM 3 is up the second flight of stairs and is furnished with twin beds, bedside table, chest with mirror and a wardrobe.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of white bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.

Garden & Parking

There is a large enclosed orchard garden with trees and shrubs and lots of space to play games or sit and relax.

A table and chairs are provided for your use.

The garden is secure for most children.

There is parking space for 3/4 cars on the drive - this is fenced off from the garden area.

Other Information

There is full oil central heating throughout - this is included in the rental.

A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available.

All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

A bath and hand towel for each guest are included in the rental.  Please bring your own beach towels.

One well behaved pet is welcome at £25 per week.

No smoking.

WiFi enabled.

Please note a £150 damage deposit is required for all bookings and will be returned in full as long as the property is not damaged and left clean and tidy.

This property offers an out of season small party discount of 20% off the marked price for breaks taken between November and March. Excluding school holidays.
