Parrog beach is just a 10 minute stroll away where the coastal path can be joined. There are coastal walkers' buses running the entire Pembrokeshire coastline enabling walkers to enjoy a different stretch of the 186 mile path each day.
This bungalow is a real family home from home with original works by local artists and craftsmen throughout.
Entrance is into the hallway with a table and small settle and through to the spacious open plan kitchen and dining room with a tiled floor.
The KITCHEN AREA has a range of fitted Shaker style cupboards, integrated electric oven and hob, dishwasher, 70/30 fridge/freezer and microwave oven.
There is a breakfast bar with 2 stools.
A door leads to the garage/sail room where there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and access to the parking area.
The DINING AREA has a handmade oak dining table and chairs, Welsh dresser and glazed doors opening to the rear patio.
The SITTING ROOM is light and airy and has a partial sea view through the glass doors which open to the front of the bungalow.
It has a multi-fuel stove and is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, an armchair, TV with sky basic package, coffee table, occasional furniture and bookcases filled with books and curios.
There is also a table and chairs; perfect for puzzling or playing the board games thoughtfully supplied.
There are three bedrooms.
BEDROOM 1 has a lovely sea view and is furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables, 2 armchairs, chests of drawers and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a small sun room overlooking the garden leading off with an armchair.
This in turn leads to the EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
BEDROOM 3 has a double bed, bedside tables, ottoman, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
The FAMILY BATHROOM has a white suite of bath with electric shower over, WC and hand basin.
From the dining area, step through the patio doors to the rear sun trap garden which is surrounded by a high hedge offering complete privacy and shelter.
The patio area has a table and chairs for al-fresco dining and steps lead to a lawn area.
The garden is not enclosed as it leads right round the bungalow to the front lawn with a low wall border and attractive shrubs and borders.
There is off road parking on the drive for one car and more available on the roadside.
There is full gas central heating throughout the property, this is included in the rental.
One basket of logs are supplied for the start of your holiday and more can be purchased locally.
A cot and highchair are available on request.
All beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival and towels are available to hire at £5 per guest.
Up to 2 small and well behaved dogs are welcome but not allowed on any soft furnishings and must sleep in the garage/sail room.
