This detached holiday cottage enjoys a peaceful location between Solva Harbour and Newgale beach in the Pembrokeshire National Park.

The coastline of the St Davids Peninsula and St Brides Bay is superb and the Coastal Path is easily joined nearby. Newgale beach has a 2 mile stretch of sand backed by pebbles where you can enjoy a long walk or you can explore one of the many hidden coves and beaches along the coastline.

The offshore islands of Ramsey, Skomer and Skokholm are well worth a trip and you can spot anything from Puffins to porpoise.

Solva is a beautiful harbour village and St Davids is Britain's smallest city.

Both have a good selection of pubs, restaurants and interesting galleries and shops.

Holiday Accommodation

Entrance is into the porch and through to the UTILITY ROOM with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The KITCHEN has a good range of fitted units with fitted electric double oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven.

There is also a large pine breakfast table and 6 chairs.

The DINING ROOM is adjacent and has a double aspect.

The room has open beams and is furnished with a heavy carved oak table and chairs, sideboard and corner cupboard.

A door leads to the SITTING ROOM which has a stone fireplace with gas fire for cooler evenings and is furnished with a comfortable three piece suite, coffee table, nest of tables, TV and DVD player.

A second door leads to the HALLWAY where there is a circular table and 4 chairs, perfect for playing cards.

The downstairs CLOAKROOM has a WC and hand basin.

Stairs lead to the first floor.

A Stannah stair lift is fitted and the key can be made available to guests who may require it.

BEDROOM 1 is very spacious and is furnished with a double bed, bedside chests, dressing table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

BEDROOM 2 also has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest with mirror and a built in wardrobe.

BEDROOM 3 has a single bed, bedside table, chest and clothes hanging space.

All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

The SHOWER ROOM has a modern suite of large shower with seat, WC and hand basin.

Garden and Parking

The property is approached along a private tarmac lane which sweeps around to the parking area for 2 cars at the rear.

There are lawned areas with mature shrubs and trees and a picnic table and chairs are supplied.

There is also space for a boat if you need it.

Other Information

There is full gas central heating throughout. Gas and electricity are charged for at a flat rate of £30 between May and September and £45 from October to April. Please pay the owner whilst on holiday.

A standard cot, high chair and stairgate are available.

WiFi enabled.

No pets.

No smoking.

Towels can be hired at £5 per guest.  Please bring your own beach towels.
