Less than a minute walk away the Parrog beach is a great favourite with children and boating enthusiasts and provides the ideal location from which to enjoy the superb sunsets. At low tide there are rock pools to investigate and you can cross the estuary to the much larger beach of Newport Sands.
Nearby in the Town are a good selection of shops, pubs, cafe's and restaurants.
Entrance through small porch into large open-plan SITTING ROOM which is decorated in shades of blue and white with a tiled floor and rugs, it has a range of comfortable seating, a breakfast table and 3 chairs, colour TV, DVD, items of occasional furniture and an ornamental fireplace which has an electric fire.
The separate DINING ROOM has a dining table and 6 chairs and leads through to the UTILITY ROOM where the automatic washing machine and fridge freezer are situated. This space is also ideal for storing holiday paraphernalia and dogs.
The KITCHEN has a range of fully fitted units, an electric cooker, microwave oven, and table with bench seating.
Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a fitted BATHROOM with bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
There are three bedrooms on this floor. BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, fitted bedroom furniture and enjoys the Estuary views.
BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, fitted bedroom furniture and Estuary views.
BEDROOM 3 has twin beds, bedroom furniture and garden views. Bedlinen is provided for the beds.
BEDROOM 4 is on the second floor and approached by a second flight of stairs and spans the entire width of the house. There are stunning views from this room which is furnished with a double bed, bedroom furniture and benefits from en suite facilities of bath with overhead shower, WC and wash hand basin.
There is access from the utility area to the fully enclosed long lawned garden, where garden furniture and a swing are provided.
Ample car and boat parking available.
There is central heating throughout the property. Electricity is included in the rental.
A cot and highchair are available on request.
