The LOUNGE/DINING ROOM is comfortably furnished with a three piece suite, coffee table, colour TV , DVD player, large electric convector heater and a dining table and chairs.
There are patio doors leading to the outside terrace.
There are two bedrooms which have electric heaters.
BEDROOM 1 has a super king bed and bedroom furniture and BEDROOM 2 has twin beds and bedroom furniture. The beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
The SHOWER ROOM has a shower WC and wash hand basin, but no bath.
The garden stretches to two acres and is a combination of grass and woodland. Supervision required for children.
Parking for 2 cars on the drive. Garden furniture is provided.
Electricity is included in the rental, with a fixed rate of £30 for the heating from October to April inclusive - please pay at the property.
A cot and highchair are available on request.
