Situated close to Pembroke, with its magnificent Norman Castle, and just a few miles from Freshwater East and Tenby, this apartment in Cosheston makes a great base for a Pembrokeshire holiday.
There are some terrific walks within a short distance of the property and a large selection of beaches close by. Freshwater East Beach is 5 miles away while Feshwater West beach (10 miles) enjoys great surfing action. Tenby is 8 miles and is a good destination for a day out. Bosherston Lily Ponds have a fabulous circular walk to the beach at Broad Haven South.
The 2000 acre Stackpole Estate (near Bosherston) is owned and run by the National Trust and includes some spectacular coast and countryside. Barafundle Beach (voted the most beautiful in the UK in 2005) is also just a short drive away.
Entrance is into spacious open-plan kitchen/dining room and lounge.
The KITCHEN AREA has a range of fully fitted pine units and an electric hob and oven, fridge with separate freezer, microwave oven and an automatic washing machine.
The DINING AREA has a pine dining table and chairs.
The comfortable LOUNGE has a lovely woodburning stove, three-piece suite, items of stripped pine antique furniture and a colour TV and DVD player.
A basket of logs are included for the woodburning stove.
The SHOWER ROOM is downstairs and has a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms.
BEDROOM 1 has a double bed and bedroom furniture.
BEDROOM 2 has twin beds and bedroom furniture.
The beds have duvets and will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
Garden and Parking
Garden furniture is provided and there are two acres of grass and woodland beside the property please note - supervision is required for mall children in the garden.
Parking for one car on the drive.
There are convector heaters throughout the property.
A cot and highchair are available on request.
Towels not available.
Electricity is charge at £30 per week from October to April and included in the rental at all other times.
Regretfully, no pets.
