This large 5 bedroom detached holiday house stands in an acre of grounds, with a lake (fenced) in the adjoining 2 acre field, and provides excellent self catering accommodation for a large family or group of friends.

Being on the Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire border, it makes a great holiday destination and there are plenty of places to go and things to do and see within a few miles.

Some nearby attractions include Oakwood, Heatherton, Hangar 5 trampolines and Folly Farm with something to please all ages. The Preseli Hills, and the 186 miles of coastal path are great for walkers.

Beaches within easy reach are Newport, Tenby, Amroth and Saundersfoot. Narberth is a 15 minute drive and has an interesting range of eateries, boutique shops and interesting galleries to enjoy.

There is a grocery shop within walking distance, plus a Fish and Chips takeway.

Ground Floor

Entrance is into the first SITTING/READING ROOM with comfortable seating, TV, DVD, books and games.

Through to the KITCHEN which has a range of contemporary units, granite tiled floor, electric range cooker (2 ovens), American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and a breakfast table with 6 chairs.

The DINING ROOM has a dining table with 8 chairs.

The MAIN SITTING ROOM has a double aspect, laminate floor with rugs, fireplace with woodburning stove, three comfortable leather sofas, TV, DVD, fitted dresser and coffee tables.

The CONSERVATORY has a suite of cane furniture for 4 and a coffee table.

From the kitchen 3 steps lead to the suite which is suitable for the semi ambulant.

There is a SITTING ROOM with comfy seating and a breakfast table, French doors lead to the parking area.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, bedroom furniture and an en-suite WET ROOM with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

First Floor

Stairs lead from the first sitting room to the remaining 4 en-suite bedrooms.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed, fitted bedroom furniture and a large en-suite BATHROOM with suite of shower bath, WC and wash hand basin.

BEDROOM 3 has 2 x 3' beds which can be zipped to make a 6' bed on request, bedroom furniture and a vanity unit. En-suite SHOWER CUBICLE and WC.

BEDROOM 4 has twin beds, bedroom furniture, vanity unit and en-suite SHOWER CUBICLE and WC.

BEDROOM 5 has a double bed and bedroom furniture and an en-suite BATHROOM with a suite of shower bath, WC and wash hand basin.

There is a "Jack & Jill" door arrangement whereby guests can access the bathroom from the landing or bedroom 5.

Beds are made up with linen and towels are provided.

Garden and Parking

There is an acre of lawn around the house with a covered pond and ample space for ball games, also a large patio and decked area with garden furniture outside the conservatory.

Beyond the house is a fenced and gated 2 acre area with a large lake and picnic areas, used at your own risk.

Parking for up to 5 cars and a boat on the gated drive which is about 150 yards off the road.

Other Information

Fuel is included from May to September and charged by meter reading at all other times, please pay owner.

A travel cot, highchair and sturdy stairgate available upon request.

There is a storage area for bikes etc

No smoking.

Towels are included in the rental.

Wifi enabled

The owners have a huge playroom at their neighbouring farm - young children are welcome to use this facility under parental supervision.

Regretfully, no pets.
