Even on the stormiest winter's day or the calmest summer's day you are guaranteed wonderful, ever-changing sea views from this spacious holiday house, which sits at the top of the hill overlooking the old fishing harbour in north Pembrokeshire.

The house is large and spacious and has been renovated to a high standard whilst maintaining its original character and charm. It is also conveniently located, being just a few minutes walk to the local shops, pubs and restaurants.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor

The entrance hallway leads to the spacious SPLIT-LEVEL LOUNGE, the front of the room being elevated to take advantage of the panoramic sea views through a large picture window. The lounge is tastefully furnished, with comfortable sofas, feature gas fire, colour TV, DVD and CD players, and items of occasional furniture.

The large DINING ROOM again, is full of character with wooden floors, large polished table and chairs, ideal for the whole family to enjoy meals around.

The KITCHEN has a beamed ceiling, fitted units, gas hob and oven, dishwasher, 2 fridges, one larder style and one with small freezer section, microwave oven, automatic washing machine, breakfast table and chairs.

Stone steps lead from the kitchen to a lower level, which is useful for storing beach equipment and has a CLOAKROOM with WC.

First Floor

There are two staircases in the house and the main staircase leads to the MASTER BEDROOM which contains a kingsize pine bedstead and matching furniture.

The SECOND BEDROOM has three single beds.

The THIRD BEDROOM can be accessed via either staircase and benefits from wonderful sea views, it provides a double bed and also has the luxury of a freestanding Victorian bath.

The FOURTH BEDROOM has a double bed and a Z bed for very occasional use, this room also has a communicating door through to the master bedroom, making it ideal as a child's bedroom.

Bedlinen is provided for all the beds (except the occaional use Z-bed - please bring your own).

The main BATHROOM contains a Victorian freestanding bath, wash hand basin and WC.

There is also a SHOWER ROOM providing, shower cubicle, wash hand basin, and WC.

Garden and Parking

There is a good sized, enclosed garden with a new patio at the property, which overlooks the sea, garden furniture provided.

There is parking for 2 to 3 cars on the steep driveway to the side of the property.

Other Information

There is full gas central heating through out the property. Heating and electricity is charged at £30 per week and payable at the time of booking please.

A cot and highchair are provided, no stair gates.

Towels are available on request at £5 per guest.

WiFi enabled

No pets.

A damage deposit of £150 will be applied to every booking.  Once the caretaker has checked the property is left with no damage on departure your damage deposit will be returned.

Out of season discounts

This property offers an out of season small party discount of 20% off the marked price for breaks taken between November and March. Excluding school holidays.
