Set in the beautiful Gwaun Valley this makes a perfect base from which to explore Pembrokeshire. The property has been built to the highest specification with traditional craftsmanship.
The Gwaun Valley is very beautiful and offers delightful walks as do the Preseli Hills and Coastal Path, which are both close by.
Within walking distance is the world famous traditional Welsh "front room" pub affectionately known as Bessie's that serves ale from the jug.
Entrance into the large open-plan Sitting/Dining Room and Kitchen, which has a wooden floor and is furnished in a contemporary style.
The KITCHEN AREA has an Everhot electric cooker and a dishwasher.
The UTILITY ROOM has a fridge/freezer and an automatic washing machine. Ecover products are supplied for your use.
The DINING AREA has a large family dining table and chairs.
The SITTING AREA has a woodburning stove and is furnished with comfortable seating and occasional furniture, in a tall cupboard there is a colour TV, DVD, CD/Hi Fi and large selection of DVDs and games..
There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
BEDROOM 1 is downstairs and has a king size sleigh bed, bedroom furniture and views of the valley.
The BATHROOM is also on the ground floor and has a bath, wash hand basin and WC.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms.
BEDROOMS 2 and 3 have twin beds, bedroom furniture and valley views.
BEDROOM 4 has a double bed.
The upstairs SHOWER-ROOM has a walk in shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
The garden and patio area has garden furniture and a barbecue.
There is parking to the side of the cottage for one car and a further space opposite.
There are electric radiators throughout the property. Electricity is included in the rental.
A standard cot and highchair are available.
Strictly no smoking in the house.
Towels included in rental.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept in the main living room or the utility room and are NOT allowed in any of the bedrooms.
This property does not accept short breaks.
