Within walking distance of the sea at the Parrog in Goodwick north Pembrokeshire, this large semi detached holiday cottage offers very spacious accommodation for families or groups of friends.

The village of Goodwick has several nice eateries, 3 pubs and a few village shops. Fishguard is close-by and offers a larger selection of shops, restaurants, galleries and a theatre.

The Coastal Path is readily accessed from the property and there is a good bus service from Goodwick and the train station is just a 2 minute walk, so you don't really need to have a car at all. The Irish Ferry, which makes a great day trip, is within walking distance and there are numerous attractions and places of interest to visit in the locality.

If you are holidaying with a pet there are no restrictions on the northern end of Goodwick beach plus there are many local walks that can be enjoyed nearby the property.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor

Steps lead you up the side of the property to the door and into the spacious hall which has a traditional quarry tiled floor and baskets with beach games and surf boards etc for your use.

The KITCHEN has a range of fully fitted modern units and a solid oak worktop. There is a gas Rayburn for cooking and heating, as well as a conventional electric oven with gas hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a breakfast table with chairs.

A door leads from the kitchen to the steep steps and terraced garden with fantastic sea views.

The DINING ROOM has sea views and is furnished with a dining table and 8 chairs, sofa and has a CD player and woodburning stove.

The SITTING ROOM has comfortable sofas and chairs, a colour TV, DVD player with a selection of DVD's.

First Floor

Stairs lead from the hall to the bedrooms.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, wardrobe chest of drawers and views of the bay.

BEDROOM 2 has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and views of Fishguard Bay.

BEDROOM 3 has 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and views of the Bay.

BEDROOM 4 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and views of the garden. All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

The SHOWER ROOM has a large shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin, airing cupboard and the automatic washer/drier.

The BATHROOM has a suite of whirlpool bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

Garden and Parking

The terraced and paved ornamental garden is accessed by steep stone steps from the kitchen door and has two levels (small children will require supervision). There are superb views over the Bay and towards the Preseli Hills.

Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.

There is parking for one or two cars on the roadside opposite the cottage or the car park 100 meters away.

Other Information

There is gas central heating throughout and this is included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £25 per week at all other times. Please leave your payment at the property.

A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

No smoking in the cottage.

Towels are included in the rental.

WiFi installed.

Up to two pets are welcome but are requested to sleep in the spacious hall.

This property does not accept short breaks.
