Barafundle Bay, Freshwater East beach (great for surfing) and Stackpole are all close by as well as Tenby, Saundersfoot, Amroth and numerous other beautiful Pembrokeshire beaches within easy driving distance.
Entrance is into the spacious hallway and through to the large KITCHEN and DINING ROOM with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and large chandelier. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of units, 8 ring gas range cooker with 3 ovens and grill, American fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The dining area has a dining table, 8 chairs and a Welsh dresser.
The very large SITTING ROOM has French doors and views out to the walled garden. There is a sequoia pillar (from where the property gets its name), a welcoming woodburning stove, 2 comfortable leather sofas, footstool & chair, coffee table, 42" TV, Freeview and a DVD player .
There are 4 bedrooms.
A staircase leads to the MASTER BEDROOM (this is the only bedroom upstairs) which has Estuary views and is furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and 2 contemporary armchairs.
The adjacent newly fitted SHOWER ROOM has a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
From the main ground floor hallway you access BEDROOM 2 which has 2 sets of bunk beds, leather 2 seater sofa and bedroom furniture. Open steps leading to the double locked door to the swimming pool.
Approached by 4 steps from the hallway are bedrooms 3 and 4.
BEDROOM 3 has a king-size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
BEDROOM 4 also has a king-size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The newly fitted FAMILY BATHROOM has a slipper bath with handheld shower over, shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

The INDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL (28' x 12', min 4' to max 5' deep) is approached either from the children's bedroom via a double locked door or from the sunny garden. There is a small seating area furnished with a table and chairs.
The attractive enclosed walled garden has pretty borders, lawned areas and garden furniture for 10. The garden extends to the fore of the property (not enclosed) where there are more attractive borders, shrubs and trees.
A stroll down the lane leads to the stony river beach backed by its own private woodland area which is great for a barbecue or just to sit and watch the wildlife. You can moor a boat here and a tide table is available.
Parking for up to 4 cars.
A fuel contribution of £100 a week is payable between October and April and £50 at all other times. Payable at the time of booking please.
A small complimentary basket of logs is provided and you can purchase more locally.
All the beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
Towels are available to hire at £5 per set.
Fishing is allowed from the owner's land which extends along the river bank approximately 700 yards.
A Full size cot and a high chair are provided.
Two pets allowed on hard floors only. Dogs must not be left in the property alone. A large dog cage is provided for sleeping.
Wi-Fi available via dongle with a limited download. Additional download may be purchased directly through the owner. Broadband is planned but not yet available.
This property offers an out of season small party discount of 20% off the marked price for breaks taken between November and March. Excluding school holidays.
