The property offers two bedrooms, including a king-size and a triple bunk with a double below and single above, giving flexible options for families or friends.
A bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC completes the interior.
Outside, the enclosed front lawn offers a simple space to enjoy the fresh air, while the external sauna shed adds a welcome touch for unwinding at the end of the day, arguably the best seat in the house.
Off-road parking for two cars is also available.
From the doorstep, the Ceredigion coastline is within easy reach, including Llanrhystud Beach for seaside walks.
Nearby, Aberaeron is known for its colourful harbour and good selection of places to eat, while Aberystwyth offers a livelier mix of promenade, castle remains and museums.
For those keen to explore further, the Ceredigion Coast Path provides scenic walking routes, and the Llanerchaeron estate offers a glimpse into the area’s history.

As many others have commented, this is lovely quiet cottage in beautiful surroundings.
Definitely a place to get away from it all.
Accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
In a lovely rural location which was peaceful. The sauna was amazing and would definitely recommend future guests to use it. The only small downside was that the conservatory leaked when the weather was really bad (torrential rain). Additionally, the drive to the Cottage is a unmade track and future guests are advised to drive with caution as cars which have a low suspension or skirt (such as Mercedes, BMW, or sports cars) would struggle to not be grounded on the track. However, the host advises to drive with caution and gave directions to assist with navigating to the Cottage. A shower was really powerful and hot. The beds were really comfortable and cozy. The lounge was lovely and the lock fire was a welcome edition.
Really good value for such a superb rural retreat.
The cottage was perfect for our family of 4 which became our base for exploring Aberystwyth and surrounds, the caves in Corris, and the fantastic (but pricey!) Rheidol railway to Devil's bridge. We even had a day trip to the Brecon Beacons. The accommodation and facilities are great, the basement bedroom has a musty smell but it didn't bother our young boys one bit!
