This is a beautiful area of Wales, and this property is situated well within the radius of many interesting things to do.

The property itself is large and feels luxurious. (The hot tub really helps with that feeling) The cafe next door is well worth visiting as the food is excellent. Perfect for breakfast. The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If I come back to this part of Wales, I will definitely stay here again.

Buitifull cottage very well presented .

All facilities was of a very high standard .The location suited us just a short drive to aberystwyth and once you got out of the lovely village you had easy access to many places to visit. Manager/owner very friendly. Very happy with my choice.

Absolutely stunning property.

This place is so spacious and cosy and does not run short of any facilities you may require. The host is incredibly accommodating and helpful and this place makes for a beautiful winter stay.

Lovely place based roughly 4 miles from Aberystwyth.

We used it as a base to explore mid and west wales on motorbikes. Large rooms were great. Very nice welcome pack. Met the owners who were very helpful and friendly.

A wonderful place to stay, accommodation was excellent and a lovely location.

Facilities were superb, very well laid out accommodation, it has everything you could want, highly recommend. The Pennau Craft & Coffee Shop on site served excellent food and drink and is well worth a visit.

An exceptional property with wide open space and a very helpful couple looking after our every need especially during the hottest 3 June days on record.

Would be useful to have blinds in the kitchen/dining room because the summer sun is very bright and makes it uncomfortable to sit at the beautiful dining table in the evening until about 8pm

Great place to stay, perfect for a family.

We really enjoyed having a large kitchen, and the bedrooms were a great size. Nice touch having a hot tub, a welcome pack in the fridge and having dedicated parking next to the property was handy. Our only negative of the stay was the noise from the main road next to the property, was a little noisy, but didnt affect our stay, still had a great time!

Great location.

Close to all the places we wanted to visit. Comfortable and quiet considering next to a main road. You don't hear it in the house. Dedicated parking, so easy to unpack. Comfortable beds and handy to have the second bathroom downstairs so it can be used when coming from the hot tub. Lovely food next door in the restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cottage it is very spacious and the hot tub is a great bonus, it is the perfect base for exploring the area, we will definitely be returning in the future.

A lovely property.

Incredibly spacious, even for 4 adults. Plenty of seating and an enormous well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds and easy to use showers with ample hot water. We all loved our stay. The bonus was the convenience of the railway station which made trips into Aberystwyth a pleasure.

The property is spacious, high quality and in a good location. Alison and Martin always make us feel welcome and I am sure we will be back again next year!

Beautiful property.

Everything we needed and very comfortable stay. Even though it was on a main road we didn't notice any traffic noise unless we opened a window. We loved the hot tub, great to relax after a long day. Private parking was a bonus. Happy to see recycling was available for our rubbish. We loved that we could go to the craft cafe next door on our arrival so we could eat after our journey. Easy to walk to local pubs and takeaways. Great location for the places we were visiting.

Such a lovely cottage , well equipped, very comfortable tearoom next to it was an added bonus.

Spacious, comfortable and quality. Alison and Martin are excellent hosts and quickly helped when we couldn't work the induction hob. I am sure we will return for a 4th visit!

Dant Y Llew is comfortable warm accomodation of a very high class and is highly recommended as somewhere to stay to explore Mid Wales with the added bonus that you are allined with Pennau Crafts restaurant which provides food/breakfast/dinner/afternoon teas of an excellent standard with attentive friendly staff and as a bonus you have your own car parking space.

Excellent property which has been refurbished to the highest spec.

Had everything we needed and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Wasn’t sure we’d use it much but we did every night! One of its key selling points is the fact that it’s a pet free property, they’re not as easy to find as pet friendly. Alison and Martin were both great and got a chance to speak to them both in the cafe, Martin even took the time to write down some places he thought we’d like to visit. Would definitely book this property again without hesitation if we were visiting this area again.

Lovely property great time away with our friends honestly I don't have anything bad to comment about this beautiful place.

If I'm to just give a recommendation I would consider an additional lounge sofa as it's not big enough for 4 adults wanting to relax watching movie also no TVs in bedrooms but honestly everything was amazing would return again

It was a lovely place to stay in a familiar area and we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable with the extra benefits of having an excellent cafe/ restaurant on our doorstep and of course our own private accommodation and parking space so all highly recommended.

A beautifully presented and decorated cottage which abounded with spider's webs (something we are familiar with, living in the country).

The standard of cleanliness was adequate apart from a large spider's web in the bath and one of the toilets that hadn't been flushed properly. The cottage was very comfortable but, on a personal note, was immediately adjacent to a busy main road. Fortunately the weather was very cool as we felt the traffic noise was too loud to open the windows. We declined to use the hot tub or sit outside for the self same reasons. There is parking for two cars but when guests are staying in the adjacent cottage, which has parking for one car, and have parked badly it proved impossible to get to park our second car. The private car park for the properties is approached through a car park of a restaurant/gift shop and again this proved difficult at times to gain access to the car park for the cottage. I must stress that the adverse comments are personal to us since we live in a country lane and the only noises we hear at night are the barking of deer and being occasionally 'buzzed' by low flying Chinook helicopters. There is plenty to do in the area and much to explore.
