What guests are saying
The beds were hard and uncomfortable.
The couches in the lounge were also uncomfortable. There were a couple of issues which the owner dealt with quickly. Sykes as usual were no help. May I suggest a folder explaining where all the various switches are. Overall, adequate for our three night stay.
Blinds not working in conservatory & 1st landing window & double bedroom.
Also conservatory window handles on some broken with doulble glazing had water in between a few pains Beds in double room & twin beds were very uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep properly The two small 2 seater sofas were not adequate for comfort in lounge area. 6 people would not have enough comfortable seating. Also no coffee table. We are sorry but we left for home two days early because of the issues. All walls painted grey & with grey blinds not working added no interest in colour to cheer the mood. Not a seaside feel at all. Sorry we really wanted to love our stay
