What guests are saying
Property in very poor state marks on walls kitchen blind damage Corner settee needs renewing recycling bins in front room 4 , toilet Splash on floor after flush, every door has a split in them, terrible smell In bathroom and spare bedroom, extractor fan not working in bathroom Could not lock the front door, no welcome gift,no visitors book, The lane to the property was very narrow and no space to pass Another vehicle, owners very defensive when asked about the lack of Wi fi and the television not working, absolute nightmare we only stayed One night.
Was supposed to be there a week.
Very good and new facilities just one or two improvements could be made in the bathroom.
Could do with a towel rail and somewhere to put your toiletries in the shower
The door lock of the cottage broken and the door would not lock and this was not resolved during our stay causing significant security issues.
There were other small problems but these alone would not have really impacted on our stay. The owner (when we found them) was dismissive when we raised the problem with the door and although they came and did confirm that the door would not lock, did not offer any apology or alternative security solution. They said they would ask someone to fix it but this did not happen and they made no further contact with us about the issue.
