Description

Newcastle Emlyn 3.3 miles.

A quaint village cottage in the small hamlet of Capel Iwan in the undulating countryside of Carmarthenshire, close to the popular and thriving market town of Newcastle Emlyn with a selection of independent and antique shops and various little places to eat.

The cottage is a perfect retreat for couples or small families looking to explore the fabulous local countryside, yet being close to a bustling small town and just twelve miles from the beautiful sandy beaches of West Wales.

Set over two floors, there are two cosy bedrooms with a family bathroom.

This is a deceptively spacious property with lovely character features and with plenty of room to relax, with a well-equipped kitchen opening out onto the patio and a spacious dining area leading through to a cosy sitting room where you can snuggle up in front of the TV.

Outside, you can sit in the split-level courtyard-style garden and enjoy an early evening drink before popping into town for a bite to eat or perhaps planning the following days adventures.

Bank House is the ultimate choice for a rural break to the heart of South Wales.

Note: This property can be booked with Ref. 1017078, together they can sleep 8 guests.

Loved this beautiful little cottage, it was perfect for our 1 week stay.

Dog friendly, our SWD settled in very quickly. The owner was very helpful and, living very close, was on hand to answer questions and provide additional support. Perfect location for walks, and pretty much within 20 miles of all the local attractions, beach, wildlife centre, rivers, waterfalls, shops, cheese shop, etc. Many of the locals had their fresh home grown produce for sale, such as jams, chutneys, veg, meat and eggs. I would definitely stay here again.

Given a warm welcome by the owner.

Very comfortable accommodation. .Pleasant patio area at rear. Although no designated parking area parking the car not a problem. Enjoyed our stay.
