Our stay at the holiday accommodation wasn’t quite what we expected.

As a family of eight, we found that there wasn’t enough seating in the lounge for everyone to sit comfortably and relax together, which was disappointing. There were also a few fixtures and fittings that need attention, including the toilet seat, a bathroom light and a socket. The cleanliness was another area that could be improved. Although there was apparently a cleaner, the standard wasn’t particularly good. We found cobwebs in a couple of the bedrooms and the floors were dirty when we arrived. The hot tub was a nice touch and something we really enjoyed, although the garden area could do with some attention, particularly weeding. More outdoor seating would also have been appreciated, as there wasn’t enough for all eight of us to sit outside together. That said, we did our best to make the most of our time at the accommodation and enjoyed spending time together as a family. With some attention to the maintenance, cleanliness, garden and seating, the accommodation could be much more comfortable and enjoyable for future guests.

A good base for a multi generation family catch up.

The set up over 3 floors let the teenagers have privacy and the large paved courtyard and decking let the parents and grandpatents relax.

A well located, spacious house with good parking facilities.

Close to shopping facilities and tourist attractions. Weather was not suitable for using the hot tub but the owner did visit to check whether we would want it.
