Very comfortable and cosy cottage thoughtfully filled with everything we could possibly need.
The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, we immediately felt at home. The location is ideal for walks and exploring castles. We’ve had a great holiday and definitely want to come back. Thank you!
The cottage we stayed in was one of three, Dryslwyn.
It was ideal for us - Solo mum and 3 year old boy with SEND. It was safe setting and flexible space inside. Easy kitchen space and comfy living room area. The mattresses on the beds were spot on comfort wise. Enclosed shared garden space with zipline and communal seating, games room with wide range of activities and toys and books for kids, teens and grown ups. The lady, Josie lives onsite and is lovely. We have great time going on the Gwilli steam train and visiting the british bird of prey sanctuary. I found finding the location a challenge but Josie kindly guided me on the phone. Once you know where it is it's easy to find again.
We had a lovely week staying at Dryslwyn Cottage.
The setting with its grounds and facilities is superb for some quiet days in between touring around, for which the location is also perfect to explore the area. We hosted some younger relatives here for an afternoon and they had great fun on the zip wire, in the games room and exploring the grounds. The owners were always ready to make sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the cottage and offer advice on touring. The cottage is well kept and equipped. We were able to keep it cool easily and there were plenty of places to be outside in either sun or shade so everyone was catered for. We felt very welcome and will definitely come back. There is also the possibility to come with a bigger family group if you take all three cottages at the same time. Well done to the team managing the cottages.
