We had an amazing stay at this lovely cottage!

So cosy, really clean and the hot tub was an added bonus! The location was really good and close to many surrounding towns with some nice restaurants near by! My only complaint was that the heating seemed to come on at strange times, early hours of the morning and throughout the night rather than when you’d need it. Also the hot tub was a bit chilly in the evenings compared with the daytime/morning so not sure if this was following the same sort of timings. We would have contacted the host but we only really noticed the hot tub by the last night but might just be something to look into. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing few days away!

beautiful cottage decorated lovely, beds clean and so comfy, lots of lovely fluffy clean bath towels, large comfy sofas, loved the log burner, hot tub was amazing, cottage mostly clean think the double bedroom floor got missed when cleaning lots of long dark hairs and a fake finger nail by bedside table, bathroom clean, shower was really good would of liked some sort of hand towel and hand wash, the enclosed garden was such a peace of mind knowing our dog was secure was very relaxed in knowing he was safe but gate bolt could do with being looked at it was very hard to use, garden its self could use a bit of tlc broken pots weeds dead plants, kitchen was well equipped could do with a few sharp knives for prepping food one knife was not Sharp and the other was a bread knife, one of the biggest issues for us was the road noise between 6 and 9am we like a lay in when on holiday, and the other issue was the very, very basic tv no sky or fire stick or any form of even a free view recorder box, where at least you could set some films to record and watch them later so cooking tea was done in between advert breaks because program could not be paused or wound back, this proved to be a pain most evenings while trying to cook and watch fav shows at the same time when we are away we like to watch a good film and relax but we were very disappointed unfortunately and all the info on the buttons on the controller had worn away so it was really hard to work out what button did what.

lovely village cafe great for a fry up, Browns hotel nice beer garden , convenient shop was well stocked, we did most of our shopping at Nisa in St Clears and on the opposite side of road is Neils chip shop which was amazing.

The cottage is a 10 min, flat walk, to the square in Laugharne with its small shop and restaurants.

There are some lovely estuary walks right on the doorstep. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for our short break (apart from a dishcloth). The hot tub was a great addition and the courtyard garden was lovely to spend time in. I’d mention that, for guests who are less mobile, the stairs might prove tricky and the bedrooms are small and the sloping roof may make it difficult to move around easily.
