“We stayed from 30st December to 4th January Very comfortable cozy place, but only one toilet roll for our whole 5 days stay, and at nights it was cold and radiators wont go on.”

Wood for the indoor burner wasnt enough for 5 nights stay.

Hi, Many thanks for your feed back, you mentioned the cottage was very comfortable and cosy, yet you stated that the heating /radiators' wont go on!, as we were here and available over your stay you didn't mention a problem which we could have rectified, as for toilet roll we only supply 1 roll, this cottage has been on with Sykes Cottages for 19 years and this is the first time anyone has complained about toilet roll, as for wood burner logs we supply an adequate starter kit and logs could have been supplied at a cost if requested, Regards Property Owner
