The location of The Nest was just perfect for us.

It is such a cosy little nook, so welcoming and comfortable to return to after a busy day of walking/climbing. It was beautifully presented and well maintained. It even has its own private little garden. Never have we stayed in accommodation that was so well equipped - scissors, hot water bottles, tea, instant coffee, cafetiere coffee, sugar, toiletries, face cloths, ample towels. There was nothing we needed that was not provided, as well as lots provided that we didn't need. The owners welcomed us and gave us some great hints and tips about good places to visit and eat. Just lovely. We would definitely book again.

Really lovely cottage.

I’ve never stayed anywhere so well equipped, and by well equipped I’m talking about there being all those little things you need for self catering but always forget - cooking oil, salt & pepper, all the things for cooking, and I was absolutely over the moon to find clingfilm too. Tiny things but they really made my day. They had left a little basket of bread, milk, and few other bits too. So thoughtful. The place was very clean, everything exactly as per the listing, WiFi actually worked consistently my whole stay… could not have asked for more

The Nest was a perfect place to spend a quiet few days away.

Perfectly situated for exploring Pembrokeshire it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and supplied with everything you might need. Beautiful decor and furnishings too. The hosts Di and Matt are welcoming and always happy to help if you need anything. Would highly recommend.

On arrival there was a great welcome pack on the side.

It was very much appreciated. The Nest has all the modern amenities you could ask for. It is very bijou. We had a lovely weeks stay.

We were very impressed and grateful for the welcome basket and essentials such as bread and milk. We have stayed in many self catering cottages and houses but the Nest was by far the most well thought out and had everything we needed. Highly recommended. Thank you Matt and Di.

A nice peaceful location not to far from Tenby Saundersfoot or Amroth all beautiful seaside towns.

The accommodation was very good they have thought about everything to make your stay as nice as possible.

Di & Matt the property owners have been extremely thoughtful in the furnishing of The Nest.

The layout, the furniture chosen, kitchen equipment and utensils provided are all great. The small touches including an umbrella, torch, recycling boxes, kitchen foil, clingfilm, cooking oil, washing up liquid, cloths & sponge, dishwasher tabs, hairdryer, hot water bottle, plus the welcome basket of goodies and milk in the fridge on arrival were so appreciated. The property location is rural & blissfully quiet and well placed for exploring Pembrokeshire. Colby Gardens and Stackpole (both National Trust) are wonderful visits, as is Carew Castle and Tidal Mill. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path offers breath-taking views of the rugged wild coastline and of course visits to Amroth, Tenby, Sandersfoot and St David's are essential. There is a Texaco garage (on the A477 at Llanteg just before you turn off to reach the property) this has a small shop for food basics and the cheapest fuel (at the time of writing this anyway). The Co-op in Kilgetty is only a 10 minute drive away for a wider choice of groceries etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our restful stay at The Nest and exploring such a wonderful part of the UK. We highly recommend The Nest. Thanks to Di & Matt for creating a lovely haven.

A wonderful place.

Small and cosy, in a lovely part of the country. The property was beautiful, lovely and clean. The owners couldn't do enough, from a lovely little hamper, to fresh eggs from the two chickens they had. The facilities were great. We had everything we needed right from the moment we got there. I would recommend this place to any couple looking for a nice holiday.

This is an excellent little cottage and beautifully presented.

It contained everything we needed for a week's stay. Perfect for 2 people in a scenic area. The owner was very helpful and left us a starter pack containing useful items and treats.

Fabulous snug place.

Pleasant hosts. Fabulous to find milk eggs bread and snacks. Lovely surprise. If you want a quiet private romantic spot then this is for you

My husband was a bit tall for the bed but it was a perfect place for a weekend away and to.

Property was clean and modern, owner friendly, only small issue was its was more compact than expected and storage space limited for a weeks stay, which actually is perhaps my fault rather than the property, for not taking enough notice of the property details and in no way reflects on what generally was a 1st class and enjoyable stay.

Immaculately presented by its lovely owners. Excellent base for exploring the area. We'd love to try it in mid winter as it's so cosy.

The only thing for us was the matress was too hard and on the last night I didn't sleep at all.

I realise for lots of people it would be fine but I have knee and hip problems and found it difficult to get comfortable. Other than that we both loved it and couldve stayed a lot longer. It's private and quiet and very central for lots of places to see. We would definately return and recommend it to our friends and family

Di and Matt have thought of everything to make the stay in The Nest as comfortable and restful as possible, it is situated in a lovely quiet area and in a good position to explore Pembrokeshire would not hesitate to stay there again.

Very clean with all you need to make you comfortable. Website doesn’t mention there are deep steps up to get to the property, with loose chipping pathways. Anyone with mobility problems would find it difficult. We struggled at times especially unloading and reloading car . Other than that we found it a perfect place to stay.

Owners Matt and Di could not do enough, and the cottage itself was a slice of heaven.

The tranquility and the beauty of the venue was so exceptional that I immediately booked a week at the same time next year - something I have never done before. I was holidaying alone (my wife is a full-time grandma!) but the cottage was so welcoming that I felt wonderfully at home. Absolutely magical x

We had a lovely stay at 'The Nest'.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy. Everything we needed was provided such as towels, fire wood, coals, fairy liquid and it was well stocked. We had a lovely welcome hamper basket with essentials and treats provided such as milk and bread, which was very handy for us. Hosts were very welcoming, and quick to answer any enquiries. Some great views for a sunset in the accommodation and a great base to explore Pembroke. Thank you Diane & Matt ☺️
