A perfect place for a short break: peaceful, quiet and comfortable.

The Stables is compact, well equipped and although small, has everything you need. The décor in soft greys, white and yellow highlights gives a modern feel to the clean and well maintained property. We will definitely book again.

The Stable is a delightful cottage in a peaceful location.

Matt and Di, the owners, were very welcoming and helpful. The cottage is ideally situated for visiting castles like Pembroke, beaches like Amroth, Manorbier and Tenby and great for walks. The cottage has all you could need for your stay and has its own parking. Also, the wi-fi is good enough to stream a film to your laptop or tablet. We would definitely recommend it.

Lovely accommodation, exactly as described.

A very nice welcome pack with essentials and lovely Welsh Cakes. Matt and Di are on hand should you need anything but are happy that you come and go as you please. Wiseman’s Bridge, Amroth and Colby Woodland Gardens (National Trust) are all close by. Highly recommended!

Matt and Di were lovely welcoming hosts at this delightful cosy cottage.

The welcome basket was much appreciated and we loved the little lights creating ambiance in the bedroom. We weren't short of anything during our stay, even tea, coffee and sugar was provided. Our hosts also ensured we had a ready supply of wood for the log burner which kept us warm in the evenings.

We really enjoyed our break at the Stable celebrating our wedding anniversary.

After our long and eventful drive it was so welcoming to find a really helpful "welcome pack" on our arrival. We found the cottage was very comfortable, well equipped and so cosy, especially with the log fire. Quiet and peaceful in a lovely countryside setting yet close to the Pembrokeshire coast around the Tenby area an ideal location to explore South West Wales. We will recommend this cottage to family and friends and we hope to be back again.

This was a lovely accidental find on our part but we would highly recommend a stay here.

The accommodation had plenty of space & was really well appointed. Lovely comfy bed & a super feather duvet - what a win! Great log fire with fuel included & a really thoughtful welcome pack. The hosts were friendly & helpful. Another bonus was the setting - quiet with good views but just a short trip from lots of different locations all worth a visit.

We were welcomed by a lovely tray of goodies and milk in the fridge. Everything was laid on so we didn’t want for anything. We did leave a day early but that was storm Amy’s fault not Matt and Di.

Beautiful cottage in peaceful surroundings.

Perfect for a relaxing break. Ideal location to explore Wales. Cottage was very well equipped and the owners Matt and Di are very pleasant. Will definitely be returning in the future. The pictures dont do the cottage justice as it was much bigger than I felt the pictures showed.

The cottage overall was fine, clean, bright, modern and fairly comfortable.

Minor quibbles - lack of cupboard space for food storage and inconvenient locations of the electric sockets in the main room.

The Stable accommodation is wonderful all one needs for a relaxing weeks holiday .

Mike and Di make wonderful hosts and the location is wonderful for exploring lovely Pembrokeshire area. We will definitely return in the future.

I did say it would have been nice to have the grass cut.

It also needs a chair of some sort in the bedroom to put your clothes on when going to bed. Inside the chest of drawers the screws need shortening as too long and could catch your clothes, But on the whole a. Very nice place to stay, but a bit remote

The cottage was lovely and clean, with a welcoming pack of essentials for the week. We visited some very nice beaches and independent shops. We would recommend the cottage to everyone who would like to visit Wales.

A cosy cottage for two in an idyllic situation.

Spotlessly clean and a lovely tray of essentials provided on arrival. Perfect area for walking and relaxing. Although we did not meet the owners as they were away at the time, they made regular contact with us to check everything was in order and that we had no issues or problems with the property. As many before us have said, we will definitely be rebooking at some stage as there is just so much to enjoy in the area. Thank you again to Matt and Di.

The stable is a beautiful place to stay and is such an attractive and cosy cottage, complete with everything you might need as well as a welcome basket with milk, bread and treats too.

Decorated and furnished in a modern style but still keeping some original bare stone walls of the original stable. The hosts Matt and Di are friendly and helpful and while situated in a quiet countryside setting, it is close to so many beautiful beaches and walks you could need.

Lovely private little garden where you could sit in the sun with a glass of wine! Easy access to all the local beaches and coastline, but you need transport.

We really enjoyed our week at the Stable.

A few more kitchen items would make it easier to cook - a small suggestion, set against the context of a very comfortable stay. The table provided is quite small - a larger table would have had us lingering in enjoyment over a meal. Thank you Matt and Di.

The cottage has been converted to a very high standard not only for comfort but for a pleasent stay those little extras of candles & twinkling lights plus bread milk cereal chocolate Matt & Di have done great design &are the best hosts always ready to help.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage.

When we arrived there was a thoughtful food basket laid out for us containing some supplies for breakfast etc. The cottage was warm and welcoming and we settled in straight away. The hosts Matt and Di are lovely friendly people. The nearest beach at Amroth is wonderful for going for a walk whatever the weather. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

We had a lovely short break at The Stable.

The property was a perfect size for us as a couple. It was really nicely furnished, lovely and clean, and the owners (Matt & Di) were very helpful. It was wonderful to have such thought go into our stay, with food items already bought for us. An issue with the shower was quickly fixed and even the bad weather didn't diminsh our break. A superb little cottage, perfect for a couple'ss getaway. Thank you Matt & Di for a lovely stay
