Llwynderw Hall is a magnificent, detached holiday home situated on a 1200 acre working hill farm near Llanwrtyd Wells, Powys.
Welcoming up to four well-behaved dogs (more on request) and boasting spacious living areas, this property is perfect for families or friends seeking a serene countryside retreat.
Venture inside this grand abode to discover a wealth of space spread over three floors.
The ground floor hosts a spacious kitchen/diner, fully-equipped with everything you need to cater for your group throughout your stay.
Adjacent to this, you will find a formal dining room, complete with ample seating for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together, warmed by the glow of the woodburning stove.
For relaxation, choose between the sitting room, boasting a Smart TV and a woodburner for those chillier evenings, or the drinks room, which features an open fire, perfect for curling up with a good book.
A handy boot room completes the ground floor, providing ample space for your outdoor gear.
Outside, the open-plan front garden offers a tranquil space to enjoy the outdoors, with a lush lawn, patio area with furniture for alfresco dining and a serene pond.
There is also a separate enclosed paddock, suitable to give your canine friends their freedom.
The first and second floors are home to ten beautifully presented bedrooms, offering a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit all types of groups.
The first floor comprises a King Size Double en-suite, two Super King Doubles (can be zip'link twin on request) and two King Size Doubles.
The second floor meanwhile offers a Super King en-suite (can be zip'link twin on request) and four King Size Doubles, ensuring everyone has a quiet space to rest.
Two additional shower rooms and an additional bathroom, serve the bedrooms and help ensure that there are never any queues when getting ready in the morning!

Embark on a scenic drive to Llyn Brianne Dam & Reservoir and enjoy a leisurely picnic, or partake in a variety of outdoor adventures.
Explore the local Abergwesyn valley or challenge yourself on the Devil's Staircase - an old drover's track stretching for about 20 miles between Abergwesyn and the town of Tregaron across the Cambrian Mountains.
Explore RSPB Gwenffrwd-dinas, a nature reserve offering an array of forest trails and indigenous birdlife.
Nearby, Cwm Rhaeadr Forest beckons walkers or mountain bikers, before immersing oneself in local history at the Llywelyn Monument, remembering the last native Prince of Wales.

We had an amazing time at Llwyndrew Hall.
The house was such a high standard in a beautiful setting. The rooms were immaculate and so comfortable. We were a group of 18, family and friends of mixed ages and everyone loved it! The hosts are fantastic, very friendly, helpful and easy to contact. We arranged one of their pizza evening which I can highly recommend! The grounds to walk around are so peaceful with amazing views. We cannot wait to hopefully return.
The house itself was large, comfortable, well decorated and maintained.
It’s had the wow factor as we all drove into the grounds. Stunning scenery and the host Emma and Dan were fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble Emma made us all welcome and sets the atmosphere you crave when coming to a location such as this. The BBQ on the first night was a must as it took all pressure of cooking on the first day away. The food was perfect and enough for everyone and a short walk from the house that was easy enough even for those who struggle to walk. It was comfortable and having the fire pit helped the evening last well into the night. Offered those who struggle to ride back to the house helped. The kitchen was easy to use and large enough to cater for 16 adults, 5 children and 3 dogs comfortably. The bedrooms were very comfortable large and spotless. Finally the last night we booked a meal at the house which was outstanding. The service was excellent and quality of food was perfect. We chose lamb and beef which was so thick it was like eating steaks. Pleasing both children and adults whist accommodating food allergies and picky children is no mean feat and Emma pulled it off perfectly. In a world where you seldom get what you pay for in this break Emma and her team delivered tenfold. The property lived up to all the photos. If we ever need a large home to celebrate in again this would be high on my list and I wholeheartedly recommend anyone thinking of this type of break don’t look any further you have found everything you need. Thank you Emma, Dan and Bob and the young lady who served us on the last night.
The house was incredible, like living in a National Trust property.
The owners were amazing. They let us feed their pigs and stroke their dogs. The welcome basket was incredibly thoughtful. The grounds were safe for the kids to run around and play games. Nearby Wash Pool was great fun for the whole family.
