Had a great time in Saundersfoot site it self is well maintained but the accomodation could do with some attention, few cobwebs wooden floor in the lounge in places could do with replacing and the mould on the bathroom ceiling needs to be treated.

The light outside light is also really bright could not find a way to turn it off and a bread knife would be good

Great location for walking to the town and beach.

Children enjoyed the grass area outside.

The accommodation was suitable for our stay .

Spacious & had all the facilities and equipment necessary to make our stay very enjoyable. The only criticism that I have is that the housekeeping was average as the oven & baking tray was disgustingly filthy, the floors / carpet was dirty and mold present on the bathroom ceiling with a damp smell.

A lovely oasis just minutes from the centre of the village.

Spacious with a well equiped kitchen and large bedrooms.

Happy with the location,condition of the chalet.

Property in general good, it maybe could do with some small improvements a coffee table in living area would be useful and lids for saucepans.

It overall good place to stay and very easy access for village and surrounding area of interest.

Our second stay and very much looking forward to booking again.

The entrance to the property was dirty with cobwebs, insects both dead and alive, so much so we had to clean around the door way .

The furnishings are cheap and very uncomfortable, this includes the double bed . It was nessassery to clean the lament floor in the living space at the start of our holiday as it was very dirty. The patio doors were very difficult to open .The outside area was untidy with weeds growing on the patio area . The vaccum cleaner provided was useless and the mats had to be taken outside and brushed . The bathroom was modern and clean, although the accessories were in a poor condition as the chrome bin and toilet brush holder were rusty and worst of all the toilet brush bristles contained other people's faeces . All in all the accommodation was well below the standard I would expect for the price we payed . I am disappointed with Sykes and will not be recommending them . I will not be using Sykes or recommending them again.

The property is ideal for a short break but could really do with a washing machine (although plumbing is in-situ) for stays of seven days.

The location is ideal (5 minute comfortable walk) for access to Saundersfoot town and beach albeit up an incline. We were disappointed with the cleaning regime for the property. The underside of the toilet seat was far from clean (if you know what I mean) and we needed to clean the bath before using for the first time. The large patio doors to the garden area really need a clean. I thought a little mean to provide just a single part-used toilet roll considering the length of our stay. We needed to purchase batteries for the TV remote control. The above probably seems perhaps picky but this property could be so much better and would have left a better impression with consideration to the above.
