28 Coedrath Park

Had a lovely week in the apartment, loved the balcony, had everything we needed, would have been nice to have a fan with the weather being so warm but other than that it was perfect.

On arriving the first impressions were of how dirty the exterior stairwells and corridors were, almost to the point of us turning round and going back home, thankfully the accommodation it self was not too bad.

Really lovely stay, very clean and tidy, everything you need.

Some minor bits of decorating required in places. It did look like there was 3 things that had been removed from the living room wall but not touched up, which is ashame i do think having some artwork or something on this wall would have made it more homely, especially for a winter visitor. It was totally minor though. Loved being able to have a bath too. Nice to have allocated parking and very short walk into town and beach. I love that the tunnels have reopened this year between saundersfoot and wiseman's bridge.

I was very happy with my accommodation cleaning and tidy.

When we arrived there were a few issues, broken bed, no bath towels and black mould on the shower head.

These issues were immediately rectified, the maintenance and cleaning teams were excellent. Overall the property is a little tired and could do with a deep clean and spruce up. However there was everything you could need on holiday which was great, the location and setting were brilliant.

Totally enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

Lovely long balcony and great views over the lawned and shrubbery area and not overlooked by adjacent apartments. Five minutes walk to the centre of Saundersfoot although uphill on way back. Allocated parking for each apartment is ideal.

Fabulous flat with the added bonus of shared huge garden for your doggie.

Excellent location ,5 mins walk to centre of Saundersfoot and beaches. Very well equipped 3rd time of staying.

Stairwells could do with a good clean and a court of paint.

28 Coedrath Path’s quiet location, within just a few minutes walk from Saundersfoot’s beaches, harbour, bars and restaurants, was perfect for us.

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There was a hair dryer in the apartment, which would have been nice to know beforehand. The allocated parking space right below the apartment was very convenient. The grass area in between apartment blocks was easily accessible for the dog, but make sure your dog is kept on the lead as there were lots of lovely rabbits around. Plenty of dog friendly bars and cafe’s in Saundersfoot and the beaches, right of the harbour, were also great for dog owners, being quieter during peak season. The apartment was clean and well appointed, however the glass around the veranda was very dirty and spoiled the whole sitting outside with a drink and nibbles experience; a shame as we had lovely weather during our stay. The stairwell up to the apartment was grubby and there was mould developing in the corner seal of the bath and around the bath fittings. Despite this, we would go back as for us, the positives outweighed negatives.

The shower temperature was not that hot even on the highest setting.

The outside light above the front door seemed to stay on all night which glared through the glass panel of the door and lit up the corridor and bedrooms as there were glass panels above the internal doors also, so it would be useful to be able to turn this light off. The seating in the living room was not enough for a family of 4, seeing as the apartment sleeps 4 people. Lovely touch with the welcome cookies and chocolate. Very clean inside, not so clean on the way into the apartment from the outside (stairwell) so could be off putting but we didn't mind. Good amount of kitchen equipment. It would be useful to have an extra duvet or blankets as the double bed's duvet was very small. One side of the patio door in the lounge didn't open but not sure if that is a safety feature. TV good and access to so many channels great. Great amount of storage in the bedrooms Great location, nice an quiet, nice gardens. Great that we could have our dog with us, so pet friendly.
