What guests are saying
Lovely situation, the coast path is five minutes walk down a footpath that goes past the house and has far-reaching views over Abereiddy to Strumble all the way down.
The house has character, is clean and welcoming with a good selection of kitchen- and tableware. Good boiler gave plenty of heating and hot water, and we found the beds very comfortable. If you are booking for the full eight beds you might find just having the two main downstairs reception rooms a little cramping unless you all get on well, but as it is an excellent base for exploring the beauties of the St Davids area that's not going to be a problem if you are out and about. Finally, the excellent cafe that is ten minutes walk along the road to Whitesands was a surprise bonus in such a quiet rural position.
Lovely cottage where six adults and two children had a wonderful holiday.
Good garden for football and large dining table for games. Ideal location for St David's, local sandy beaches and coastal walks.
We absolutely loved our stay in the farmhouse, it was clean & tidy, big, but cosy.
The owner, Mrs Rees was very friendly & helpful. We had no problems, everything worked as it should have & there was plenty of kitchen equipment. The location is amazing with easy access to the coastal path behind & near lots of lovely places to visit & our dogs loved the garden. We especially liked the beaches at Whitesands Bay & Abereiddy with the Blue Lagoon easily accessible & the scenery at Strumble Head & Lower Fishguard. Nice to have such friendly neighbouring bullocks greeting us daily, our dogs just ignored them. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
