The accommodation is spacious and well thought out.

Heating, TVs, shower, car parking all very good and very quiet. Small touches were missing - empty coffee and handwash, one loo roll left for 5 days, 5+ lightbulbs not working. Bed very soft and felt the springs. So whilst overall comfortable, could be made better quite easily.

When I first arrived at the annexe I felt at home and relaxed straight away a really good vibe of the place.

The outside area is so private and quiet and peaceful. The bed was so comfortable best bed I've slept in on a holiday. Bedroom was very spacious. The settee was so comfortable. All in all everything there I had what I needed it was the best stay I've ever had in my first time in a cottage and we loved every moment of it. And also my dog was very comfortable there and settled. Would highly recommend this property to anyone xxx

The proximity to the beach is very good.

The annex is overall very comfortable for 2 people. However there are a few problem areas that could do with being addressed. The dishwasher was broken, and looked like it had been that way for a while, with rust inside. The freezer compartment of the fridge was so iced up we couldn't use it. The kitchen tap was close to braking off as it was so loose. If these problems were addressed, it would make all the difference. Visitors could enjoy staying there.
