“We had a fantastic stay at Y Stabal and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.”

The location was perfect, with so many beautiful places to explore nearby, including Devil’s Bridge and plenty of lovely walks. After a day of exploring, it was wonderful to come back, relax in the hot tub and watch the sunset – the perfect way to end the day. The enclosed garden was brilliant for our dog. I’d just mention that if you have a very small dog, they may be able to squeeze through into the adjoining fields, so it’s worth keeping an eye on them. One of our favourite ...

One of our favourite parts of the stay was waking up each morning to see the cows right outside the garden. They were so entertaining to watch and really added to the countryside experience! There’s another holiday cottage nearby that can be booked if you’re travelling as a larger group. If you’re staying separately, the properties are thoughtfully positioned at different angles, so they still feel very private. The kitchen was the best equipped we’ve ever had in a holiday cottage it had absolutely everything we needed. Our son was also delighted with the excellent Wi-Fi and TV, which kept him happy after busy days out. Tracy our host was on hand and responsive if needed and was lovely. A huge thank you for the lovely welcome gifts too such a thoughtful touch. We had a fabulous stay and would love to return in the future!
