    “The property was well placed and only a few minutes walk into the town centre.”

    It was warm and had a good supply of hot water. We felt there was only a minimum amount of cooking pots and pans, plates and glasses, so we felt there could be more of these. I had to go out and buy a cafetiere as there wasn't one of those either, or any dishwasher tablets. In the lounge there were only two cushions for the settee which meant we had to bring pillows from the beds upstairs to use. Parking was an issue too as there was only minimal parking on the street outside so if you didnt get ...

Parking was an issue too as there was only minimal parking on the street outside so if you didnt get a space you had to park elsewhere and walk to the accommodation. On arrival, we also had to clean the tables in the lounge as they had mug stains on them and the dust on the blinds in each room was quite heavy and not been cleaned.

    Thank you for your feedback Katie. I can assure you had you raised any of these issues when you arrived or when I spoke to you on Easter Monday, I would have been more than happy to rectify. Regarding the mug stain and dust on blinds, I will feed this back to the cleaners, I had asked if they could faciliate an early check in for you as it was Good Friday, so that may have impacted, still, I am sure this was extremely dissapointing for you as it is for us and can only apologise. Regarding the parking, it was Easter Bank Holiday so unfortunately it was busy during your stay, you can ensure you don't have this issue again by reading the property descriptions properly and choosing properties with designated parking. ABERAERON

Lampeter 13 miles; Aberystwyth 16 miles.

A pretty Georgian coastal town located between Cardigan and Aberystwyth with a lovely pebble beach and beautiful sea views. There is an abundance of shops with unusual gifts, great eating places and pubs, and a quiet little harbour to enjoy watching the boats come and go. Aberaeron is perfectly positioned to enjoy boat trips and watersports, or coastal and countryside walks and cycle rides. Short drives to Cardigan to the south, or Aberystwyth to the north offer more shops, craft centres, museums and cinema or theatre visits. A wonderful Mid Wales location all year round.
