Eleven en-suite bedrooms. At https://lletyceiro.com/ you will find that the bedrooms are listed, pictured, and shown on a floor plan. The kitchen equipment is of high standard, whilst the room is not large. Llety Ceiro seems to have crockery, cutlery and glasses without end. The dining (sun) room had kettle, toaster and food warmer in addition to those in the kitchen. The lounge, with bar, had comfortable seating for all. Communication with Fflur was excellent, and any necessary response ...

“What a wonderful holiday to celebrate Mum's 70th birthday.”

The venue was stunning, fantastic accommodation and facilities with views to die for. There was 23 of us staying of all ages and we had a fabulous time. The communal areas were really well thought out, the garden for the children was brilliant and well used even in the rain. The kitchen was so good and we managed to cook for us all with ease. Each room with an en-suite was really great as well. We will 100% be back and will highly recommend to family and friends as a fantastic place to stay.

“16th-23rd August 2024 We came together for a family holiday/birthday celebration and the house did not disappoint.”

11 adults 7 children and 1 dog spent a very happy relaxing week here.We enjoyed the views and the local pub within walking distance.We we’re very impressed with the size of the kitchen and dining area and the range of equipment available,it certainly made cooking for 18 of us easy.Thank you for such an enjoyable hassle free stay-we certainly hope to be back and would highly recommend Llety Ceiro. “We booked this accommodation for 22 adults crossing 3 generations to celebrate our multiple milestone birthdays.”

The accommodation is fantastic with plenty of space. The bedrooms are lovely and having en suite in all rooms is a bonus, along with the tea/coffee making facilities in the room it allows some private space when needed. We were able to cook for the group and the kitchen facilities are brilliant with everything needed to cater for lots of people. The only negative was that there was not a proper dishwasher and if using the commercial one the dishes needed washing first. We felt it would benefit from a domestic dishwasher in the property. We all had a lovely time with lots to do in the local area. There is a pub And gift/coffee shop in walking distance and a local spar. Definitely recommend the Chinese takeaway which was delicious and catered easily with our big order. Our group has stayed in lots of different properties and this is by far the best. Contact with the owner is easy and she was very accommodating with our requests. Thank you for a lovely holiday that has created so many great memories.

“A really great house for large groups of people.”

It manages to be fresh and airy while still being cosy and warm. Fflur is absolutely amazing at answering queries as quickly as she can and never makes you feel like a nuisance. This was our second visit as we loved it so much! I’m sure there’ll be a third! The bar is a really fun extra and provides lots of laughs. En suite bathrooms make for a really relaxing stay. We’ve rented houses with shared bathrooms before, and it’s not always ideal. The industrial kitchen and ‘warmer’ in the dining room makes feeding the crowd much easier. It takes a bit of practice getting the cooker temperature right and it cools down quickly with the double doors being opened (try to peek using one door). Our family always visits for a weekend as a pre Christmas get together, so we don’t venture far, but I can imagine this house only gets better in the summer with the garden, decked area and lovely places to visit. Thank you again Fflur for the use of your beautiful Llety Ceiro… hope we all get back one day! Xx

“Probably the best holiday house we have ever stayed in.”

The facilities were virtually perfect for us, and the minor problems we encountered during our stay were swiftly dealt with by the owners who were a delight to communicate with. If you love walking, there are a couple of good walks from the house. I cannot recommend this house highly enough.

“This property is fantastic!”

Location was beautiful surrounded by rolling hills full of sheep. Fflur had made the property extra Christmassy so it was very exciting to arrive and see it lit up. It’s a big house with plenty of space for our group of 21. Everyone had their own bathroom which is usually impossible to find. The kitchen had everything you need to cater to a big group. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the living room has plenty of space. Can’t recommend enough. Only thing I would say is an 11pm checkout would be better for such a large family. 10am is hard to get all kids up, washed, dressed, strip beds, tidy rooms, clean house and eat breakfast.

“We have just spent a week here and what a beautiful well kept house it is.”

There were 24 of us all together and plenty of room for everyone, the bar area being favourite for a few. A great base also for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. Fflur was really helpful with all queries, nothing being too much trouble and also putting us in touch with a local caterer Mel for buffet sandwiches. “Only a little annoyed that my daughter-in -laws who used the washing machine and dryer a few times , having young children, had to put pounds in them and were not too impressed with the former.”

Really think that should have been included in the rental price. Otherwise , it was ideal for our whole family of 13 adults, 8 children and a baby. The owner was very helpful and available.

Our intention when we installed the washing machine and dryer was to provide an additional facility for guest if they needed that would be more economical and convenient than having to go to a laundrette. Not all guests choose to use the machines therefore we prefer to can keep the price of the accommodation as low as possible and discourage guests from being be wasteful. Property Owner

“Lovely property for a large family gathering.”

Excellent facilities. Large dining room which seated our family of 16 very comfortably with plenty of room for further people. This was excellent for both meals and the playing of games/jigsaws, and just sitting round chatting. Lovely large sitting room with plenty of comfortable chairs. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms to allocate to different family members and their requirements. And dog friendly. Helpful owner close at hand to deal with any problems. We thoroughly enjoyed the area with beaches, activities (Zip Wire, Portmerion and Snowdon requiring a slightly longer journey to access) and nearby towns to visit.

Just stayed for 7 nights with the most fabulous weather. Plenty of space and excellent facilities. We travelled as 13 adults and 3 dogs. Fans in every room and you can even hire a hot tub from Aberystwyth Hot Tubs which was £180 for three days. This made the holiday complete. Already looking to book again in 2022! Awesome

Llety Ceiro is a superb holiday accommodation, nestled within the village of Bow Street, Wales.

Consisting of eleven bedrooms, including one ground-floor double, two ground-floor twins, three family rooms, one king-size room, two doubles and two twins, all of which feature a private en-suite; this property can sleep a total of twenty-six guests.

The ground floor is complete with two cloakrooms, a commercial kitchen, a dining space, a lounge with bar and an enclosed veranda to the front of the property, with off-road parking for twenty cars.

About the location

BOW STREET, WALES

Aberystwyth 3.4 miles; Machynlleth 14.3 miles.

Settled in the Eleri Valley of Ceredigion in Wales, is the large village of Bow Street, just north-east of the popular seaside town of Aberystwyth. This charming Welsh settlement is home to a Spar convenience store as well as the butcher selling a wide range of local produce. Head down to the local pub, Rhydypennau Inn, that serves food and drink, or you can fine Pennau Crafts Centre and Cafe, a Chinese takeaway and a Fish and Chips Shop, so you have all you need on your doorstep for a wonderful self-catered stay. To the north-west is the lovely coastal village of Borth which is part of the Dyfi Biosphere, the only UNESCO Biosphere reserve in Wales, and boasts a beautiful stretch of beach given the Blue Flag Award status. Head down to Aberystwyth to wander around the amazing old castle, walk along the seafront, or hop on The Vale of Rheidol Railway to experience some beautiful scenery.
