What guests are saying
Loved our second stay at Lockmans Cottage just as much as the first.
Spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable and quite aswell as thoughtful treats from the kind owners. Looking out of the kitchen window at the resident kingfisher each morning was an added delight. Thank you for a wonderful week.
The cottage was wonderful.
Very quiet location but a mile walk to the nearest pub which was fine, but you will need to drive because public transport isn't great there. We loved our stay and the cottage had everything you could need. The only slight quibble is that it didn't have recycling bins at the property itself and we had to use the ones at the owners property instead. We definitely recommend this cottage
Beautiful cottage with lots of wonderful old features.
Fantastic position right on the Montgomery canal. Walkers paradise! Lots of off road walking with mid wales and Shropshire hills to each side of the location. The cottage was well equipped, with lots of outside space for the dogs. Stunning views across the Beautiful countryside. Will be coming back!! Huge thank you to the hosts, Beautiful stay
