    “Very friendly host.”

    Perfect location for travelling around the area. Gorgeous scenery, we loved the area! Comfy beds, and was great we could split into twin beds. Good showers, downstairs bathroom and upstairs. Only down points are the cushions on the chairs were not that comfortable, a lamp in the living room area, and perhaps 2 towels each for a week would have been nice.

This peaceful village is surrounded by scenic countryside, ideal for long walks and cycle rides, and is only 4 miles from Welshpool, a pleasant market town boasting one of the National Trust's gems, Powis Castle and Garden.

Enjoy a trip on the Welshpool and Llanfair steam railway (there is a station in the village) or discover beautiful lakes Vyrnwy and Bala, the Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall, one of the seven wonders of Wales, or trips into beautiful Shropshire.
