This historic and quaint semi-detached cottage was originally built in the 17th century, and providing a delightful home-from-home for all, resting 3 quarter of a mile from the village of Llawryglyn.

Lower Dolgenau is a picture-perfect property, offering a family or group of six a secluded country spot to retreat to after days of exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

The homely sitting room combines rustic original features and antique furnishings to create an area you can easily relax in, with a traditional inglenook fireplace to warm you, all beneath the exposed timber beams.

Continue getting to know this fairy-tale property and move into the kitchen/diner, where the cottage’s period character is found within the beautiful Welsh dresser adorned with pretty crockery, and a farmhouse table sits atop the tiled floor opposite the kitchen area, ready to have a fabulous feast served up for all, made with the excellent appliances available.

Completing the ground floor is the pretty bathroom suite with a shower over the bath, and a quaint pale pink theme.

Head up the stairs to discover the lovely bedrooms, with a 4-foot double bed resting on the spacious landing, making wonderful use of the space and sitting amongst the beautiful exposed stone walls, with a second bedroom containing three 3-foot single beds with a small en-suite, and finally a 4-foot 6-inch double with an incredibly ornate wrought-iron bed frame.
