“Just enjoyed a fabulous week at Barcud Coch.”

The lodge was faultless - clean, well equipped, comfy beds and sofas, and plenty of seating etc for our family of 8. The hot tub and balcony were perfect for enjoying the most incredible views, and for doing plenty of bird watching. There's lots to do locally without having to travel too far - we visited Castell Dolforwyn, Montgomery Castle, Powis Castle (NT) and the towns of Welshpool and Newtown. Lots of nice walks directly from the lodge too. There are plenty of supermarkets within 10/15 ...

Lots of nice walks directly from the lodge too. There are plenty of supermarkets within 10/15 mins drive which was handy. We had the best breakfast ever at the Greenhouse Cafe & Kitchen, and a gorgeous lunch at The Nags Head - would highly recommend them both. The lodges have the loveliest host family, and we would love to visit again. We are all missing those views already! Diolch
