“Very well equiped cottage in peaceful surrounding with lovely views .”

Warm and comforable inside with great hot tub to enjoy outside . Compared against two previous visits we found that attention to detail in cleanliness in some areas has slipped slightly nothing that could not be easily rectified e.g grill pan did not appear to have been cleaned ,oven knobs greasy ,toaster not emptied, black mould on window frames .

Thank you for your feedback. I am mortified to hear this. I did speak with you on the phone days leading up to your stay and explained that I was unable to meet you on your arrival on this occasion as I had to go away and that I had an agency cleaner in to clean the cottage in my absence. Had I known that the house had not been cleaned correctly and to my standard on your arrival I would have sorted instantly for you. I am disappointed that you did not contact me immediately on your arrival especially when you have been twice before and knew that my own cleanliness is of a very high standard. However this is No excuse. The Agency cleaner clearly didn't do their job correctly. Property Owner
