I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Y STABLE.”
Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected the quality of our visit.
Firstly, there was a persistent problem with flies throughout the property, especially in the kitchen area. The flies contaminated our food and drinks and were present in our bedrooms, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.
Additionally, the television downstairs was non-functional for the entire duration of our stay. This was quite disappointing, as we planned to relax by watching TV or listening to music while spending time in the kitchen area.
Furthermore, the shower drainage was slow, causing delays as we had to wait for the water to drain fully before the next person could use the shower. This was inconvenient and disrupted our schedule.
Lastly, the dryer did not work properly; despite running it several times, towels remained soaking wet.
We reported these issues to the owner during our stay, but unfortunately received little assistance and no effective resolution.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address these problems to improve the experience for future guests. I look forward to your response.

Many thanks for your feedback, I appreciate the opportunity to reply to some of your comments. We were at the property every day during your stay helping with the following issues:
Firstly, you did mention the issue with the flies and we explained that unfortunately, being a rural property, the flies are a problem beyond our control. We did provide you with fly spray and fly paper, and there is foil and cling film in the kitchen to cover food that’s not in the fridge.
You did mention the issue the television, which we tried to resolve but were unable to do so. You used the other television from the other living area in the property.
You failed to mentioned the issue the shower or the issue with the tumble dryer. You did, however, ask for a late check out but still left at least 30 minutes after the agreed late check out time. When you did finally leave, we found chicken in the hot tub, broken patio door hinges, soiled towels and robes and stains on the carpet.
I can’t help thinking that your review has been prompted by us holding back your security bond to pay for the damages, extra cleaning time and replacement linens.
