    “Our stay at Kerry Hill was incredibly relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable.”

    After driving nearly 4.5 hours from London, arriving to find the hot tub ready for us was the perfect welcome. Being so close to the surrounding farmland made it easy to unwind, listening to the sounds of the sheep and taking in the beautiful countryside. The enclosed garden was fantastic, giving our fur baby the freedom to run around without us having to worry about her escaping.     After driving nearly 4.5 hours from London, arriving to find the hot tub ready for us was the perfect welcome. Being so close to the surrounding farmland made it easy to unwind, listening to the sounds of the sheep and taking in the beautiful countryside. The enclosed garden was fantastic, giving our fur baby the freedom to run around without us having to worry about her escaping. It was also spacious enough for endless zoomies, home workouts, and even outdoor yoga. The location is ideal, with the nearest town just an 8-minute drive away. There's a Tesco Superstore, which is really convenient if you need to pick up essentials or have forgotten to pack something. Our host, Sally, was wonderful. We couldn't find some cleaning products, so we got in touch, and she kindly brought some over without any hesitation. The only suggestions I would make are to provide a little more salt and pepper, as there wasn't enough for our meals. Having to buy full packets for such a short stay doesn't feel very sustainable. We also found it difficult to watch TV during the day because there were no curtains on the door, allowing too much light into the room. Adding curtains or a blind would make a big difference. Other than those minor points, this was one of the best stays we've had. I would happily recommend The Sheepfold to anyone visiting Wales. My partner, our doggo (Bailey), and I are already looking at booking another stay. Thank you, Eddie and Sally, for creating such a wonderful place to relax—we can't wait to come back!

Llandrindod Wells is a lighthearted, friendly town situated in the county of Powys, within the historic boundaries of Radnorshire, Wales. There are some notable landmarks within the town, including architectural buildings in ornate styles dating from the Victorian and Edwardian eras. Llandrindod Wells Victorian Festival, known locally as 'Victorian Week', takes place at the end of August, bringing many tourists to the lively town. Some people like to go-all-out and look the part in Victorian, Edwardian or other antique costumes, and many of the high-street shops dress their windows, in spirit of the event. There is a wide range of entertainment available in the town each year; hosted at The Albert Hall Theatre, Pavilion Mid Wales, which brings Live Music, Comedy and Theatre and Radnor Fringe Festival which is held within the Rock Park. The lake in Llandrindod Wells is part of the town's Victorian history and still remains a popular attraction today, it is a lovely location to bring a picnic with the family. For all you bowling enthusiasts there is The Radnor Indoor Bowls Centre along with the Outdoor Bowling Club for an afternoon of local sports. If you fancy exploring some of the history around the town there is The Radnorshire Museum, The Rock Park & Heritage Centre and The National Cycle Museum, all for your discovery. The Thomas Jones Statue on Temple Gardens is also worth a visit as you stroll across the gardens.
