Parc Y Deri

We stayed here for my 50th birthday me my husband and 5 other couples .

The house was fabulous it was what we expected and much more. Every room was of a high standard and there was plenty of seating for us all in each room. The games room was fab we spent a lot of time in there. Loved the hot tub and barbecue would definitely recommend to others and would definitely return .

We had an amazing time at Parc Y Deri the house was clean and everything was perfect for our family get away.

We would definitely recommend to friends and family. The owner was amazing from start to finish always on the other side of the phone if needed which we didn’t use as our stay was perfect for us all. The hit tub was brilliant, the BBQ was brilliant and the children’s area with toy tractors they had use of as well. Thank you .

Absolutely stunning property all the rooms are done to a high spec, great space for big groups, the property owner was extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble, fully equipped kitchen, the hot tub was nice & clean & the BBQ area is lovely, the property could benefit from another shower upstairs maybe in the main bathroom our guests were sharing the Ensuite which wasn't ideal but not a massive issue, the door handle inside the ensuite needs attention it kept falling off.

There seemed to be a an excessive amount of flies in the house especially the kitchen area not sure if this was due to the farm or time of year but maybe look at getting something fitted to solve this. The children's playground area is in desperate need of replacement the frame is rotten & the swings rock when children are being pushed which wasn't very safe, there is plenty of kids outdoor toys which was good, We would definitely return to this property we had a great week.

Parasols or outdoor furniture you can move into the shade are needed.

We spent too much time avoiding direct sun indoors. Waste paper bins in bedrooms would have been nice too. Great property for large groups.

This is an amazing house in a beautiful setting.

We went as a family of 11 and there was plenty of space to have time out if you needed it. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could ever wish for. The highlight for us was the bbq area, it was amazing and beautifully presented.

The house was perfect for the whole family.

We were very comfortable and it was great to meet the owner and her father. We would have liked a few more tea towels, some foil and some oven gloves…otherwise there were no problems..

Stunning accommodation.

. every room was beautiful..grounds were amazing...owner was lovely. Would definitely return.

Accommodation is stunning.

Secure for the kids and dogs, able to relax knowing they are safe. Everything you require in the house. Kitchen was equipped with essentials and more. Used the bbq hut which the kids loved especially roasting marshmallows. Beds are very comfortable. Loads of space to have alone time if required as well.

Thank you!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Parc y Deri. 3 generations. We all loved the mansion ( as the kids called it) Beautiful surroundings too! And we were blessed with a week of sunshine☀️

Fabulous house.

Very clean & comfy! Big open spaces. Hot tub and garden were great in the sunshine! We’d certainly be back

The house and surrounding grounds was absolutely amazing.

The pictures we saw before booking didn't do the house justice as it was even better. Large enough to accommodate all of us and never felt we were on top of each other. Will definitely book again. Host was very helpful with lots of local knowledge.

We had a wonderful stay, the house was amazing and we especially appreciated it being dressed for Christmas.

The kitchen was so well equipped that we cooked a Christmas dinner for 10 people and had everything we needed. A short stroll from the house led us to a field with lots of Shetland ponies which were so cute and our 3 year old loved them. It was so convenient as it was an easy drive to Aberystwyth, which is lovely and has all the shops you need. We were given a lovely warm welcome from Ezy and a good explanation on how to use the aga for which we were grateful having never used one before. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our time here.

The place was clean, comfy, and that little outdoor hut had such a nice vibe for sitting together. Only small thing, having a simple charcoal BBQ outside would make it even better, but overall everything was great, definitely a 5-star stay.

Absolutely Stunning home i had a fabulous time celebrating my birthday with family ,my grandchildren loved the large outdoor space to play and the hot tub and games room a great hit.

This is an amazing property.

Luxuriously decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The hot tub and games room were a huge plus point for the whole family, young and old.

Parc Y Deri exceeded our expectations.

The whole house was immaculate! There were eight adults and three children staying we all had a fabulous family holiday. Something for everyone the grandchildren loved the large grass area and all the facilities outside to play on.

Spacious house for our multi generational family.

Games room, hottub, bbq hut all a real bonus. Stylish but homely with great facilities for the kids. Would not hesitate to recommend. We had a fantastic week. Thank you!

A beautiful place in a lovely setting.

The house is beautiful and made for a fantastic base for our family reunion.

A beautiful house & spotlessly clean.

The children loved the things they could play on in the garden ❤️ The tractors were a great hit with my grandson! We held a baby shower & decorated the garden. We filled the dining table with buffet food & it was ideal to have the patio doors open to take our plates outside to eat. We used the bbq hut to all sit round & play the baby shower games whilst eating sweets. We had an amazing day! We, as a large & getting larger family, go to Wales every year, & we can all recommend this spacious house. Absolutely loved it

We had an amazing time, the house is beautiful, the facilities at the house are amazing and the views are incredible.

We couldn’t fault the property at all. We travelled with 8 adults and 7 children, the children had an amazing time. The house is catered for all ages. The owner of the property answered all questions before arriving and was always very helpful. Thank you for an amazing weekend :)

What an amazing place this was the house was beautiful ,the facilities were just as described amazing.

The hut was great off an evening to sit around cooking Bbq stuff and having a drink. The kids loved the playarea. We all enjoyed our stay highly recommended.

Amazing property will definitely be back home from home.

Our party ranged from 2 to 75 and the property accommodates for all. We were lucky with the weather such a stunning place.

We recently stayed at this fabulous 14-person house in Wales, to celebrate our friend getting married.

It exceeded all our expectations. The property was very spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped to accommodate our large group comfortably. Each room was tastefully decorated, offering both charm and modern amenities. The house boasted numerous well appointed bedrooms, all with plush bedding/towels and stylish bathrooms. The property was cleaned to a very high standard. The communal areas were ideal for gatherings, with a large, cosy lounge and a well-appointed kitchen that made meal preparations a breeze. The property boasts a fabulous outdoor space, with a hot tub, a bbq hut, and plenty of space for children to play. Its location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions while offering a peaceful retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create wonderful memories, and we highly recommend it to anyone planning a group getaway in Wales. This is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The owner of the property was quick to answer any questions we asked. We will definitely be booking again.

We visited early May 2025, there was 12 of us.

The property was well kept and the owner lived locally and was helpful and contactable throughout. The house was very spacious sitting next to a farm, was lovely to be out in the country, hear the animals throughout the day and the birds in the morning. We took two young children, they never got bored as there was so much space for them to play, especially outside. We always shut the gates to ensure their safety as next to a road. Hot tub was a big hit and we utilised the BBQ hut.

Probably the best short family break to date.

The whole experience was fantastic, especially the hot tub and barbecue room. It was made extra special by the great weather, sun shone from start to finish, we all wanted to stay longer but had to leave due to working commitments. Hosts were great and gave us all the information we needed. Upon reflection it’s a ten out of ten from us all .

Beautiful house!

The holiday cottage is even bigger than the photos show.

The host was lovely - such a friendly and unassuming person! The property is beautiful and positioned perfectly. An easy 5 star rating, and for those lucky enough to have already booked - you’re in for a treat. The furnishings, hot tub and the Games room deserve a special mention! Our whole family loved every aspect of the house. I can 100% recommend!

This holiday home has everything and more!

! The detail and finish of every room is beautiful and you can tell no expense has been spared. Saying that, i think the cost for our 2 night stay was really good! The house was the perfect place for 13 of us to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. The hot tub, BBQ hut and games room were all brilliant and meant that we didn’t need to leave. We will be back

Absolutely stunning house.

We all loved our stay. Can’t wait to return! Thank you

Property absolutely fantastic and catered for all the family.

We had a fabulous long weekend with kids partners and grandchild. Thank you x

Beautiful house.

Well equipped. Kids loved the games room as well as the adults.

We had an amazing week!

The house is beautiful and has everything you could need there. We were a party of 16 including kids, there was more than enough space for all of us and lots to do for everyone. Grounds are beautiful and the kids really enjoyed the play area. The house isn’t too far from the town & beach either which was great. Owner is fantastic too, answered any questions we had and even left some welcoming touches for our stay. Definitely recommend and we hope to be booking again!

Absolutely beautiful property, which took our breath away upon arrival.

Everything was of high quality and beautifully furnished. We were a family of 8 and everyone was over the moon. Plenty to do in the house, with pool table, darts, hot tub and the bbq hut. Plenty of bedrooms and quiet space if needed. The property boasts great outside space and was secure for the dogs to roam around. We met the host and her daughter, who were both lovely and very friendly. Recommended a lovely beach nearby to take the dogs, only 20 minutes in the car. Plenty of open space for the dogs to run about. Our holiday was truly relaxing and already looking to return next year. You will not be disappointed if you stay here

Fantastic property, would highly recommend, perfect for our family get together ❤️, was better equipped than my own home, everything we needed was there.

The BBQ hut and hot tub was an instant success.

What a fabulous weekend at an amazing property!

! Would come back in a heart beat. Everything was cleaned to the highest standard. Such a beautiful home. Thank you

Had the most amazing time !

Everything was 5 stars & I have already rebooked due to the house meeting all our needs from 2 yrs to 70 yrs. owner Es was lovely, down to earth & helpful. I definitely would recommend this house to family & friends. Xx.

Stunning property, host was friendly and welcoming dispite us arriving early,we were welcomed and permitted to go in.

Wow it was exactly as the pictures described, it just kept giving. We were given the bbq hut free as the on suite shower had been broken and was out of use. We use sion jones butchers as per fb and he didn't disappoint great meat. Have suggested a local knowledge book from owner. We visited Devils bridge, kite feeding station near Aberyswyth is a definate & Constitution hill. The games room is great and that is where we spent most of our time.

A clean and well maintained large spacious property with plenty of room and facilities for everyone.

The hot tub, BBQ hut, and games/bar room were a big hit and there was alway something to do and keep our family entertained. Set within a quiet rural location with a large garden and plenty of parking space and just a short drive into Aberystwyth and other coastal towns. One of the best UK properties we have stayed in and we would definitely consider booking again in the future.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay here in July 2024.

Our family consists of 10 adults and 2 children, ranging in age from 79 to 4 months old. The host met us on our arrival day and was very friendly and helpful. The house had everything that we needed so even if the weather wasn't always great there was still plenty to do. We spent evenings in the bbq hut, hot tub and games room, not to mention just chilling on one of the many sofas in the lounge. The house was everything and more than we were expecting, beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped. It was the perfect house for our big family holiday. Thank you

The house is fabulous, the hot tub and games room were a huge hit.

The beds were comfortable, the outside area was excellent too. The only small issue we had was 12 people and only 2 showers. Would definitely recommend the property

The house was absolutely amazing!

We loved every minute of staying here and we definitely will be back. It was perfect for a large group of us.

Thankyou so much.

Our family really enjoyed the stay. The weather was mixed but even though it rained at times the activities at the house were enough to keep us all entertained. From the playroom to the pool room. Jacuzzi and outside. Everything was amazing and the owner was perfect making us feel part of its creation. We were the 1st to use the outside bbq wooden yurt. It was a lovely experience. What a time we had. Time passed too quickly

We have just come back from a long weekend as a group of 12 ladies.

We had the best time ever. The host Esyllt is so lovely, friend and so accommodating. The house is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend for Groups of friends and families

Perfect place, the house and grounds are beautiful.

They had everything you needed and they were so catering for the children as well as the adults. It was a lovely stay could not fault anything. Had the best break as a family.

We have just returned from Parc y Deri from a 7-day Easter break.

We were eight adults and 6 children we all had a wonderful time made so much better by our lovely host and her two children. They couldn't do enough for us even bringing a miniature horse to meet the children. The house and ground are extensive and beautifully furnished. The only niggle was the number of showers which made getting ready in the morning difficult. Thank you for a lovely stay and your wonderful kindness Brenda

Excellent place to stay.

Lots of room (and many doors) Bar was great, Hot Tub was brilliant. A few lights needed to be replaced outside but this in no way detracted from a superb break. Thank you.

Stunning house!

Amazing property owner! Would recommend staying here 100%!

What a stunning and well thought out house!

We stayed here with 12 adults and 2 dogs over new year and loved every second! All of the rooms are huge and so well suited to have large groups socialising. The hot tub is amazing, we were in there every night singing along to the built in speakers. The games room was another real highlight, spent so many hours playing pool and darts! All the bedrooms really are all equally lovely so there's no squabbling over bedrooms. It rained a lot while we were away so spent a lot of time at the house but a couple of us went on some lovely walks and we drove into the towns near by which was easy. I'd definitely recommend the property and the owner is very responsive and happy to help!

AMAZING HOUSE……it made Christmas more magical and we’ve made some family memories.

We were blown away by the whole experience from the lovely warm welcome, the cleanliness, everything you could think of has been thought of and provided for. The house is big enough that you can have some quiet time and not hear a 3 year old running around with excitement . We will be recommending this house to all our friends and family. Thank you.
