The property

Kilgetty 2.5 miles.

Caravan 5 at Blackmoor Farm offers a laid-back and welcoming bolthole in the peaceful hamlet of Ludchurch, just outside Kilgetty in Pembrokeshire.

It’s the sort of place where you can properly switch off, settle into an easy rhythm, and enjoy everything this much-loved stretch of coastline has to offer.

Simple, relaxed and unfussy, the caravan makes a great base for families or friends keen to make the most of Pembrokeshire’s beaches, harbour towns and countryside.

Step inside and you’ll find an open-plan living space designed for spending time together.

The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need, gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, and even a washing machine for dealing with sandy clothes after a day by the sea.

Gather at the dining table to eat, chat and map out the next adventure, before drifting into the sitting area where the gas fire and TV set the tone for an easy evening in after walking, paddling or exploring.

Three bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements: a double and two twins, giving everyone a comfortable place to recharge.

A bright shower room with walk-in unit, basin and WC keeps things hassle-free, while a separate cloakroom helps with the busier mornings.

Outside, there’s off-road parking for two cars and space for dogs to stretch their legs, making this an appealing choice for those bringing four-legged companions along.

When you’re ready to explore, you’re well placed for some of Pembrokeshire’s best-known highlights.

Saundersfoot’s sandy sweep and Tenby’s colourful harbour sit within easy reach, each offering classic bucket-and-spade days, coastal views and plenty of cafés and pubs.

Closer still, Cresswell Quay is one of the prettiest riverside spots around, ideal for gentle strolls and spotting local wildlife, while the quiet lanes around Yerbeston give a flavour of rural Pembrokeshire.

Whether you're chasing beach days, boat trips, village wanderings or simply a peaceful retreat, Caravan 5 at Blackmoor Farm offers a comfortable, well-located base for a memorable stay in a truly beautiful corner of Wales.

About the location

KILGETTY

Cresswell Quay 2.4 miles; Saundersfoot 3 miles; Yerbeston 3.9 miles; Tenby 5 miles.

The rural village of Kilgetty is situated 2.4 miles from one of the most picturesque villages in Pembrokeshire, Cresswell Quay is best described as a delightful hamlet of scattered cottages at the edge of the tidal estuary. The central focal point is, of course, the old quay where boats can still moor, for the time the tide allows, and you may wish to pop into the Cresselly Arms for light refreshments. Just a short drive from the town of Tenby and offers a selection of shops and pubs, along with its own train station. Kilgetty is central to a number of attractions, with the coastal resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby nearby, offering fabulous beaches, watersports and boat trips to Caldey Island, the home of a small gathering of monks and their monastery. Also nearby is the award winning Folly Farm, which makes for a great family day out and enables you to see a working farm at its best. The spectacular Pembrokeshire coastline and the coastal National Park, a walker's paradise, are also within easy reach.
