Coach House

Nice quiet spot well located to visit various places nearby.

Was ideal for our needs.

A great location for those wanting to explore Pembrokshire~ Saundersfoot, Pendine, Tenby, Laugharne, Narbeth, Carmarthen etc Whilst the coach house was comfortable, we felt the kitchen appliances ,(Microwave oven) would have been easier to use with instructions.

Meals were difficult to cook using a microwave oven instead of a built-in cooker. There is space for an oven as the kitchen is of a good size. A few additions to kitchen equipment would have been welcomed, such as a cheese grater. There is ample cupboard space in the kitchen. It appears that people live above the coach house, so you will hear footsteps at all hours. We had broken sleep as a result. There is lots of off road free parking and a quaint table spot to have a morning brew outside the property. We had some lovely interactions with the horses on the adjacent fields ~ our son loved stroking them and finding out their names. The property could benefit from more storage options in the master bedroom. Nearly empty handwash and half-used shampoo and conditioner not particularly welcoming. Ensuite tiled bathroom floor was quite dirty. The children’s bedroom had a small window but no blind or curtain to block light for sleep or privacy. We used a shopping bag to correct this. I read the property description stated a pub is 0.1 miles away. Unfortunately this was not the case. We had no access to the nearby picton house during our stay where I assume the pub is situated? The hosts were kind and approachable and quick to answer questions. We experienced a leaking sink and after contact with hosts this was fixed quickly. They also kindly recommended some great hotspots to eat. Welshcakes and milk on arrival was also a lovely touch!
